00:59Over 228,000 officials were activated in this plan for safe carnivals, peace and happy. We are here also with
01:10the mayor of Caracas. Well, I congratulate all the leaders of the organizations in charge of protection because there was
01:17a very good articulation among them.
01:20And I must say this because the Venezuelan people recognizes this. As I came here, I read the opinion polls.
