00:00:30from three different spots through the different areas of the country now coming together as a
00:00:36single one great march entering the capital district. We're seeing there in the truck that

00:00:48president of the National Assembly Jorge Rodriguez as well as the Interior Justice and Peace
00:00:52Minister Dios Dado Cabello. This great national pilgrimage that began on April 10th marking
00:00:59a historic moment milestone for the Bolivar Republic's history as a call by the acting president
00:01:05of all sectors of Venezuela of all political sectors of Venezuela to come together to unite
00:01:13in one single block to call for an end of the sanctions and the blockades that have been
00:01:19impacting the nation for over 10 years now since the Obama administration when Venezuela if we recall
00:01:27back then was declared as an unusual threat to the United States. So this is the result we are seeing
00:01:33is for this is the result of this great national pilgrimage across the country where unity has been the
00:01:39core of the expression of Venezuelans. They have mobilized reaffirming their strength, their unity,
00:01:46their awareness, their love for their nation, their love for the homeland, calling for a clear message,
00:01:53calling for for the end of the sanctions that hinder the development of the nation, calling for the end of
00:01:59the
00:01:59blockade that has impacted and continues to impact until today, until the moment that the sanctions are lifted,
00:02:06impacts the Venezuelan family. So Venezuela from all areas of the nation from east, south and west, all are
00:02:14coming here together getting here together as they enter the the capital the capital district of Caracas
00:02:21through one of the main avenues in this very large as we're seeing on the screen very large gathering of

00:02:40president of the national assembly jorge rodriguez and the interior justice and peace minister dios
00:02:45dao cabello this is the result of venezuelans coming together to build proposals to build ideas to
00:02:52build a consensus on the dire impact that the sanctions has on the venezuelan families on the daily
00:03:00life of venezuelans this is a clear message that venezuela will continue moving forward facing the
00:03:06challenges that are put underway facing the obstacles and that united as all the authorities has been
00:03:11referring us up to now that is only in in a united nation united people in a people that comes
00:03:19together
00:03:19as one as one single block will be able to overcome these challenges we have seen we have been seeing
00:03:25on the past 10 11 days uh the different leaders that were leading the current on each of the sides
00:03:33of the
00:03:33country in every state that they stopped on their way to caracas today we saw how they use this also
00:03:40as an opportunity to listen to the people to listen to different sectors to learn what are the impacts
00:03:46what are the challenges and what are the tasks that can be carried out to overcome this tax but their
00:03:52message has always remained the same the the message of unity which is the call that the acting president of
00:03:59venezuela des rodriguez made so what you're seeing now is images of joy of of happiness of this great
00:04:05demonstration of unity that venezuela has shown in these past 11 days venezuela now reaffirms its
00:04:13willingness to stand together and to call for an end of these sanctions as are as one of the main
00:04:20objective of this caravan as well is to be able to bring the message that and to be able to
00:04:26inform to
00:04:27to to to make people aware of of the impact that these sanctions has across the entire the the entire
00:04:36nation entire different sectors of venezuela so a large gathering as we were saying the the national
00:04:44great program is for a sanction free and peace nation is almost reaching its end as as we're seeing
00:04:52live on their screen they are entering the the capital as we were saying this thursday is the day
00:04:57that they enter the capital and they conclude us the different authorities have said concludes the
00:05:02first stage the first stage of the national of these national programs has been announced by the
00:05:07authorities that saying that the fact that this just happened this is not just going to be a one
00:05:12in a time thing it's going to be a continued process to highlight and to be able to visit every
00:05:18corner of venezuela to be able to listen to every corner of the venezuelan people to be able to bring
00:05:23all
00:05:23all areas of venezuela all sectors of venezuela society together to bring them together to be able
00:05:30to unite in one single voice and in a sing in one single mission one single goal objective which is
00:05:38the
00:05:39development of of the nation with the establishing of new strategies and new measures to continue for the
00:05:47strengthening of the economy as part of the continued process of economic recovery that venezuela has
00:05:54launched since the since the end of the pandemic and even before the pandemic the economy was already
00:05:59being recovered little by little when the pandemic hit and this has also been one of the many examples
00:06:05that have been put forward as one of the many areas that were impacted and impacted the people of venezuela
00:06:13with the with the the fact that venezuela had to face how we call the challenge of the pandemic being
00:06:20sanctioned being blocked and all the different strategies and measures that they had to activate
00:06:23and the creative solutions that they had to find to be able to overcome the the challenges of the pandemic
00:06:32so as we continue to see life this massive caravan that is entering the the capital of venezuela
00:06:39through one of the main main avenues of the nation entering being led by the authorities the the acting
00:06:48president of venezuela rodriguez the the president of the national assembly ho Jorge rodriguez and the
00:06:53interior justice and peace just that cabello that we're seeing right now there in the center of that
00:07:00truck that is leading the charge the march of this caravan talking about the impact of this action of
00:07:08course it had a very negative impact across different sectors agriculture health education
00:07:14all different sectors were impacted by the by these sanctions but what we have seen in the past
00:07:21years is venezuelan people come out together people those people that decided to stay in venezuela to
00:07:28work to in to use their efforts to bring venezuela forward we saw venezuela to come forward
00:07:35how with their own efforts were able to increase production to be able to increase different
00:07:40industries that did not exist before to be able to carry out innovative entrepreneurship to be able to
00:07:47bring forward the recovery of the economic the economy of the nation if we recall venezuela was a
00:07:53nation that its main aspect was the hydrocarbon sector and due to the sanctions and the blockades that
00:07:59impacted the nation they pretty much lost 99 percent of those incomes that came from that hydrocarbon sector
00:08:07which trigger a very serious crisis in a nation as when you lose pretty much 90 percent of your income
00:08:15you have to find many people as the authorities have said many people would have not been able to
00:08:20but as the authorities have said throughout these past days of pilgrimage venezuela venezuelans found a way
00:08:27to stand up and find a way to overcome those challenges and with their own efforts to be able to
00:08:34create
00:08:35find these creative solutions to be able to begin the economic recovery and today we see a venezuela that
00:08:40has a stronger production that it had before the the sanctions that it had before the deep blockades
00:08:48but still there are many obstacles as the authorities have said that these sanctions of course impose since
00:08:53they prohibit the nation to have regular relationships with with the international with the international
00:09:00community as we have seen the authority said that with just the temporary lifting of some of those
00:09:05sanctions like for example the integration of the venezuela central bank to the international finance system
00:09:12venezuela has begun to see changes so the the question is that have been made that has been made by
00:09:19all the
00:09:19authorities throughout this day of pilgrimage where would venezuela be once all the sanctions are lifted
00:09:25so in a way that's what they're calling for a different end of the sanctions that's why venezuelans have
00:09:30come together as we have seen throughout these past 11 days and as we are seeing here today with this
00:09:36massive
00:09:37large demo motorcade demonstration of of people on their way to the center of the capital as we're seeing
00:09:45with the with the caravan being led by the by these free authorities the acting president of venezuela the
00:09:52the president president of the national assembly jorge rodriguez and the interior justice and peace
00:09:58minister dios al cabello they continue with this model which is united venezuelan united will be able to fly
00:10:06free once all sanctions are lifted this is what is happening right now in caracas as the national great
00:10:16program is following 12 days of touring the entire nation where the the potentials that every state that
00:10:23were visited were highlighted and how new things are going to be coming new strategies are going to be
00:10:29implemented to continue to increase the production of and the developing of the potentials of every
00:10:36of every of those states so we see the acting president more authorities leading this great caravan as
00:10:43we're seeing honors twin with the interior justice and peace minister as well as the president of national
00:10:49assembly jorge rodriguez and the ministers and authorities are there moving forward with this great mobilization
00:10:58as it continues it passed through one of the main avenues of of the capital district on its way to
00:11:06the
00:11:06center as we're saying this as part of the conclusion as part of the conclusion of this great national
00:11:12program is that began since april 19th that concludes today on april 30th we'll have a large gathering once
00:11:19this caravan arrives we'll have a large gathering where people will reaffirm their call of unity and reaffirm their
00:11:25demand to the u.s and european governments to have the full removal the full removal of all sanctions
00:11:34and blockades that hinder their development of the nation the program is as we were saying when over
00:11:39different regions of the country in different states reaffirming in every of those states reaffirming
00:11:46the commitment of the different sectors found in those states reaffirming their commitment to the
00:11:51process to a prosperous venezuela their commitment to their homeland as the authorities have said in
00:11:56these past days this is not something of one single party since the sanction only affects the members of
00:12:01one single party so the sanction affects everyone in venezuela that's why the call was made for all of
00:12:07venezuela all the political sectors for all the sectors of the life of venezuela to come together to unite
00:12:15behind this block the behind this model to let venezuela afraid behind this call to for an definite end of
00:12:22the imperial sanctions and the unilateral coercive measures
00:12:29what with this this national program has also helped in a way since the authorities were able to move around
00:12:38the country it helped also to reinforce the relationship between the different sectors
00:12:42with the government with the government as they were able as they were able to exchange ideas to exchange
00:12:50concerns directly with the government authorities and we saw through all these states through all the different
00:12:56stops across different states how the government authorities were writing down as the as the hostado cabello
00:13:04the holy rodriguez all of them always say that they asked the governor of the state that they were visiting
00:13:09to
00:13:09put on paper all these all the challenges all the issues that they were facing so that they could be
00:13:14brought back to caracas and that they also that work could be done to solve those issues and find a
00:13:20way we saw
00:13:21this happen with the different with the possibility of reforms and different laws in different sectors we saw
00:13:27them for example in these margaritas up for the issue of the free ports law we saw them as well
00:13:32in terms of the mass
00:13:34productions in other states on how to strengthen in security and peace in those areas to ensure that the
00:13:40farmers the heart the heart of the venezuelan food production that guarantees the food for all venezuelan
00:13:46people don't have so many challenges to the removal also of the of middlemen that try to take advantage
00:13:53and hinder the the prices of the products that were made that are made by the farmers with their hard
00:14:00work
00:14:01in the land this national pilgrimage also serve as a way to highlight the impact sector by sector of the
00:14:09of the sanctions against against venezuela how it impacts all the venezuelan families we continue to
00:14:18see the live images as with this massive demonstration proving the union the the answer that the venezuelan
00:14:26people are giving to the call of the acting president that she made when she called for this pilgrimage
00:14:33on april 19th she called it before and on april 19th it began with these national programs venezuelans are
00:14:41highlighting their willingness to work together to ensure peace for venezuela and to work for the homeland
00:14:49that they love with these images we are seeing venezuela standing reaffirming their commitment
00:14:55to the bolivarian republic to their to their nation and also reaffirming the a united call for that
00:15:02end of those sanctions we can say this is a milestone of the of the venezuelan of the of venezuelan
00:15:11history
00:15:11with the conclusion of this first stage of the great national programmage that concludes today here in
00:15:19caracas we're seeing different sectors that have joined these these activities throughout the days of
00:15:27pilgrimage we saw how everyone's coming together in different in the different states we saw different
00:15:33sectors students teachers the business sector farmers industrial sectors have all have come together
00:15:41to answer this call to to unite behind one single objective one single goal which is the prosperity of
00:15:48venezuela so this is a great a great celebration a great caravan that's been witnessed in venezuelan
00:15:56territory just passed a few minutes past 3 p.m local time as this great national programmage comes to an
00:16:04end
00:16:04here in caracas after traveling across all the different states of venezuela
00:16:16venezuela is a great national programmage that was a meeting point for all venezuelans to come to come
00:16:23together and was a meeting point for bringing together different sectors to provide to provide different
00:16:31aspects and provide proposals to to overcome the current challenges that the venezuelan people are
00:16:38facing due to the sanctions imposed by the u.s and european governments so we continue to see through
00:16:45this tour we're seeing how the large demonstration of people coming forward coming together answering the
00:16:52call of the acting president of s rodriguez we recall that people from different political backgrounds came
00:16:59together as well joined this national pilgrimage for a sanctioned free nation and for the nation at peace
00:17:04we saw the different sectors of of the venezuelan life different productive sectors as well to come
00:17:11together to join us well this national pilgrimage these are the life images we are getting from caracas we were
00:17:20saying the of the people these large demonstration of people accompanied the acting president who is also
00:17:26accompanied by different authorities on leading on the truck that is leading this caravan as it enters
00:17:33the capital district of caracas of venezuela
00:17:40so people continue with this with this action continue to express the importance to call for an end
00:17:46we are now also seeing life images as well come from different areas we can see the joy of the
00:17:52people
00:17:53the diversity of the people that have come together we are seeing people on food on bikes everyone all
00:17:59different sectors different unions have decided to gather for this massive gathering this massive march
00:18:07that we are seeing taking place right now in the capital city as this first stage of the national
00:18:13pilgrimage closes a national pilgrimage that has put up high the the the cry of of a venez of a
00:18:20united venezuelan
00:18:21people calling for an end of the sanction calling for an end of the blockade coming from an end of
00:18:26all the
00:18:26unilateral coercive measures that have been imposed against venezuela this program has also been able to
00:18:33highlight the work the efforts that have been carried out by different sectors across different states
00:18:38you have been able to see their results how far venezuela has come following the imposition of the
00:18:44organizations and all the strategies that have been implemented this program has also been has been
00:18:51also has also been useful to be able to for the highest authorities of venezuela to be able to get
00:18:57in
00:18:58touch in contact face to face directly with all the different sectors of of venezuela the different
00:19:07productions different different productive sectors of venezuela they were able to speak with them to listen to
00:19:13their concern to listen also to their proposals and how things can be improved and this was the idea behind
00:19:20this
00:19:20national great program is to be able to listen to venezuela to be able to bring all of venezuela together
00:19:26united
00:19:26for one single flag the tricolor flower and have the and have everyone aware of the impact that the sanctions
00:19:35have
00:19:35and the importance it is to work united to achieve any objective the main objective of this great national
00:19:41pilgrimage of pilgrimage of course the end of the sanction is the end of the blockades imposed against venezuela by
00:19:47the u.s and
00:19:48and european governments but it was also it was also a way to as the authority said was a way
00:19:55also
00:19:55as a start as they have expressed this is just the first stage of national pilgrimage that are going to
00:20:00take place in venezuela
00:20:01because as the different authorities have said they have to travel through all the areas of venezuela because all of
00:20:08venezuela has to be added has to be
00:20:10all of venezuela has to join this process of unity for a peaceful venezuela for a sanction-free
00:20:17venezuela with a clear message that within in unity is where venezuela will find strength to overcome all the challenges
00:20:25we will continue to see the authorities here acting president rodriguez the president of the national
00:20:30assembly jorge rodriguez the interior justice and peace minister dios al cabello greeting all this
00:20:35large gathering of people that have come together answering that call of unity answering that call
00:20:41to unite to come together as venezuelans for one single country under one single homeland
00:20:49this pilgrimage was also instrumental in in bringing the clear message to all corners of venezuela
00:20:56of the impacts of those sanctions how those actions impact the venezuelan family and know how the
00:21:02narrative that was issued that was created to justify the sanctions that only impacted a few
00:21:09so today with this arrival here in caracas this marks the milestone of the conclusion of this first
00:21:17milestone of this great caravan
00:21:24so we are seeing this great national pilgrimage that is closing in
00:21:27to plaza venezuela an important an iconic square of course of the capital city we can expect more
00:21:35activities taking place in this location as we see that is getting even more people we're seeing more
00:21:41crowded people people have come out here to greet the authorities and we're seeing the authorities greet all
00:21:46the large demonstrations of people that are here at the head of this large caravan and what we can take
00:21:55from here is the clear message that the venezuelan people are giving to the world they are saying we
00:21:59are standing united we are ready to stand united we are ready to defend the peace we are ready to
00:22:03defend
00:22:04the sovereignty of the name of the name of the nation the sovereignty of the bolivaran republic
00:22:12as venezuela cries as one single voice that the sanctions must end and the blockades must end
00:22:20because these sanctions these blockades the united groups of nations are not against a government are
00:22:24not against particular figures they are the impact they are against the entire people of venezuela as
00:22:30the impact of those sanctions affect the daily life of all venezuelans across the national
00:22:36territory and also not only the national territory but also abroad of venezuela since many people
00:22:41fell for the false narrative that was also installed and many people due to the impact of the sanctions
00:22:47in a way were forced to abandon venezuela since they didn't see any future coming but as venezuela has shown
00:22:55in this past year of economic effort to recover that economy that was strongly hit by the economic sanctions
00:23:04we have seen venezuela come forward i will continue to see this this large demonstration has come forwards
00:23:17as people are moving this is not a traditional march that venezuela usually use this this has another level
00:23:25this is a national pilgrimage that we can where we can see the the people of venezuela come together from
00:23:33all different sectors because this is not only the march of one side of the supporters of one side the
00:23:38supporters of another we're seeing a gathering a large gathering of the venezuelan family across all
00:23:43different sectors across different political sectors we're seeing a united venezuela coming together to
00:23:50call for an end of those sanctions to call for an end of that blockade and with a and with
00:23:56a clear call
00:23:57of their right to live without sanctions the right to live without blockades the president of the national
00:24:04assembly jorge rodriguez on many occasions during the national pilgrimage say that this represents a
00:24:12a great festival that shows if the the will of the venezuelan people to reunite to re-encounter and
00:24:19and since the acting president jorge rodriguez do come the responsibility following the illegal criminal
00:24:25attack of the u.s against the bolivar nation and the subsequent kidnapping of the constitutional
00:24:31president nicolas maduro we have seen the acting president following that aggression against the
00:24:36sovereignty of the nation calling on the conscience of venezuelans to come together to be able to resist
00:24:42to face any foreign aggression so a whole nation is adding is joining this call of venezuelan families for
00:24:51a nation free of sanctions free of blockades and an end to all coercive measures that hinder the
00:24:58development of the nation we are seeing now hearing the people chanting on the streets there in caracas
00:25:04chanting giving new welcome to the pilgrims that carry out this national pilgrimage and
00:25:15with these beautiful images of cultural diversity as we are seeing different expression of culture of music
00:25:24all gathered together in this important moment in this important milestone as the first great national
00:25:31pilgrimage for a sanctioned free nation for a nation at peace for a nation without blockades is close to
00:25:39come to an end this is the final stage of this great national programmation that began they began back on
00:25:46april 19th this is the first great national
00:25:49programmation as well as that began back in april 19th and is coming to a close here today on on
00:25:56april 30th in
00:25:57the in the capital of venezuela in caracas with this act of peace with this act of faith of hope
00:26:05that the venezuelan
00:26:06people have come together in such large numbers with one single motto let venezuela fly free free of sanctions free
00:26:16of
00:26:16blockades free of any way that prevents venezuela the venezuelan people to be able to develop
00:26:29now we are seeing
00:26:33the the final event on the stage are it seems to be beginning we are listening to the people try
00:26:38to
00:26:39organize as people gather here so that more people can join in trying to organize so the more people can
00:26:45be
00:26:46together and can occupy the the spaces
00:27:01well we continue to we continue to see they continue to see the live images of venezuela as
00:27:09people have come out together in large numbers to you can see in these images the large amount of
00:27:17people that have gathered here to call for a end of the sanctions the people have gathered here to
00:27:24accompany the arrival of of the great national program is that today concludes its pilgrimage throughout
00:27:32the different territories of venezuela the program is led by the acting president duster rodriguez
00:27:38and president of the national assembly host rodriguez and interior justice and peace minister dios
00:27:44dao cabellos we can see the people join for for peace for hope for the future of venezuela different
00:27:50sectors businessmen health education farmers industry for different productive sectors have all come together
00:28:00throughout venezuela in different moments of the pilgrimage and now we see the put the the caravan the
00:28:06pilgrimage arrive here awaiting by a large number of people of the capital district to form part
00:28:13all together of this massive celebration and i say celebration because we can see in our images we see
00:28:20wide variety of cultural expressions we're seeing people in different costumes different with different musics
00:28:27people from different faith different different ethnic background even have come together here today
00:28:36to join that call to join that will of a united venezuela to achieve a peaceful and prosperous venezuela and
00:28:44a
00:28:44venezuela that is free of sanctions so the the main objective the main goal of this great national program is
00:28:50that
00:28:50concludes today april 30th here in the capital of venezuela in caracas is is the that united call
00:28:59of calling for an end of sanctions and blockades as the authorities have said throughout the programmation
00:29:05different stops that they made throughout the different areas of venezuela we have seen that the call is
00:29:12that only united can venezuela achieve the objective and overcome any challenge as a nation as a nation as a
00:29:20whole but also in every state in every part every state since every state has their own reality they have
00:29:25their own obstacles to overcome calling for a unity of the people of the different sectors of every state
00:29:31to be able to overcome those challenges together from the ground up if we can say from the grassroot levels

00:36:00Que cuando pienso en Bolivia
00:36:03Se me enciende el corazĂłn
00:36:06Yo a Venezuela le digo
00:36:10Al final de esta canciĂłn
00:36:13Que cuando pienso en Bolivia
00:36:16Se me enciende el corazĂłn
00:36:19Yo a Venezuela le digo
00:36:22Al final de esto
00:36:30Se me enciende el corazĂłn
00:36:42So, with music, with music,
00:36:46a life , joy,
00:36:48Finally, we see the Venezuelan people gathered here making clear message that the Venezuelans
00:36:57are proud of Venezuela.
00:36:58People have gathered here for the conclusion of this first stage of the great national
00:37:04pilgrimage for the sanctioned free nation that took place across all different states
00:37:11of people from different sectors have come together to express their hope, to express
00:37:16their willingness to continue working for Venezuela, to continue working for Venezuela
00:37:21and reaffirming a united code to end all sanctions and blockade.
00:37:29Now the host of the event as we're saying live is presenting the first speaker of this
00:37:36closing event, a pastor which will give a prayer of thanks for all this that has taken place.
00:37:48The pastor is saying, coming for God to bless Venezuela, to bless the people of Venezuela
00:37:56in this path of peace.
00:37:59Reaffirming that the church cannot remain silent in the face of the challenges that are happening.
00:38:10As we go over the news that has taken place on another resilient life in our images, the
00:38:16Venezuelan people have come together as we are seeing by the thousands and thousands to
00:38:20welcome the great national pilgrimage that today concludes its first stage here in the
00:38:24capital of the Bolivarian Republic with a clear message to call for the end of the sanctions,
00:38:30to call for an end of blockades and to call for an end of the unilateral coercive measures.
00:38:37A national pilgrimage where the authorities went across west, south and east,
00:38:43gathering here in the capital at the conclusions of this great national pilgrimage,
00:38:47meeting with different sectors of Venezuela, with all sectors of Venezuelans in every state that
00:38:55their pilgrimage ran through, speaking with the people face to face, speaking as also an
00:39:02exercise of unity as different sectors in different states came together in one single meeting point
00:39:08for coming up with solutions, proposing solutions as a united Venezuela to overcome the challenges the
00:39:18country faces due to the sanctions imposed against all these years of blockade.
00:39:24And this is a clear example of Venezuela standing up, of Venezuelan coming forward united to defend its
00:39:34productive future and to be able to work together and raise the awareness of the people that still
00:39:42believe that the sanctions did not impact Venezuela as a whole.
00:39:47We are going to continue live here in this milestone event that without that is marking an important point in
00:39:55history for the Bolivarian Republic.
00:40:10Other pastors of another church will now also provide, as part of this conclusion of this first national pilgrimage,
00:40:20another pastor is also providing a prayer of peace for all of Venezuela gathered here on this important date.
00:40:33The pastor is saying that Venezuelans have gathered today here to pray for peace and saying that as the gospel
00:40:43says,
00:40:44everyone that works for peace can be referred to as son or daughter of God, which is the duty of
00:40:54all Venezuelans to work for peace,
00:40:57to work for justice and to live in brotherhood and sisterhood to be able to overcome adversities and challenges together.
00:41:08For those joining us now live, what is happening in Venezuela is the milestone conclusion of this first stage of
00:41:17the national pilgrimage that traveled across Venezuela since April 19th.
00:41:22And it is today coming here together in Caracas in the capital where it was received, as we are saying
00:41:30on our screens,
00:41:31by thousands and thousands of people lining on the streets.
00:41:34Thousands of people were also lining on the path as the caravan was entering the capital through one of the
00:41:39main avenues.
00:41:43And it's a clear message that Venezuela is resistant, as it has done for years now, continues to resist and
00:41:51will continue to resist united for a united Venezuela.
00:42:06The pastor continues to deliver a prayer for peace and justice in favor of all Venezuelans and the Bolivarian Republic.
00:42:17The Lord is with you, and the blessing of the God Almighty, the Father, the Son, and the Son, and
00:42:24the Holy Spirit.
00:42:32Important homines are currently being witness in Venezuela as this great national pilgrimage comes to an end this Thursday, April
00:42:4230th.
00:42:45Venezuela that has come together throughout different states in this great national pilgrimage, calling for an end of sanctions, an
00:42:54end for blockades.
00:42:56And the people have dared together as we are seeing.
00:43:11They are going to give now a wave to the stage to a worker of the oil sector without one
00:43:17of the sectors most hardly hit by the U.S. and European sanctions.
00:43:24Let's listen to what this worker of the oil sector has to say.
00:43:36In first place, I would like to greet all the people of Caracas.
00:43:41In second place, I want to thank the Hydrocarbon Ministry, the Executive Board of Petroleos de Venezuela, for allowing me
00:43:49today to be the spokesperson of all the oil workers, not only of the West, but also of FalcĂłn and
00:43:56all different areas.
00:43:57Our own industry was impacted by several sanctions in the last years that impacted their productivity.
00:44:11Today, Venezuela rises as a spearhead at the global level at the eyes of the walls around Venezuela and its
00:44:21industry.
00:44:22For those that have worked and value our industry for many years, we know the opportunity and the commitment that
00:44:29we have ahead of us.
00:44:32The new hydrocarbon law opens new scenarios so that our end effort, mixed companies and private companies can come together
00:44:43with one single purpose, to generate greater wealth extracting hydrocarbons.
00:44:49A new stage, Republican stage begins in the oil industry where we need to modernize the gas and hydrocarbon industry.
00:45:00This will have positive consequences for the future of our country.
00:45:05I'm certain that with the support, with your support, with the support of our acting president, the support of our
00:45:15workers, we were able to bring our industry forward and it will flourish as a spearhead, as a company of
00:45:26order that is efficient and generates the necessary resources for the future of our people.
00:45:31Thank you very much.
00:45:33Thank you very much all.
00:45:33Let's continue moving forward and successes in this national pilgrimage.
00:45:53We are now going to listen to a woman representation of the lawmakers of the National Assembly that also accompany
00:46:06the whole process of the national
00:46:11administration to help этой action.
00:46:18And to other
00:46:25Democratic Alliance, we have accompanied this pilgrimage across Venezuela speaking freely, openly, with strength and responsibility, telling Venezuela and the
00:46:35world that today, the opposition
00:46:38parties that do life here in Venezuela are united in this pilgrimage that is
00:46:43not for the national government, it is for the dignity of an entire people. Today
00:46:49we are accompanying this pilgrimage for the dignity of Venezuela to tell the
00:46:55world that today the interests of Venezuela are above any political
00:47:01interests, that today the interests of Venezuela are above any idea, that today
00:47:08we are united that national tricolor and that is why that we have to make it
00:47:13clear and that is listened strongly here today that opposition parties is a
00:47:19responsible position, democratic opposition continues to bet for the
00:47:23construction of a Venezuela of peace free of sanctions and of course where we can
00:47:30meet each other as Venezuelans. To end this full greeting I have to make
00:47:36something clear we are aware that sanctions, the coercitive measures, have
00:47:42impacted the most vulnerable sectors of the country that is why that we must say
00:47:50that sanctions cannot continue limiting the progress of this country but on the
00:47:56contrary we must unite in our differences to be able to insist in the
00:48:02construction of that Venezuela of peace of opportunities for the new generations
00:48:05and where we all are needed. Thank you.
00:48:15Good afternoon, how are you? How are all the pilgrims? We greet you from here, from this space, with
00:48:27lots of love and respect, a great national day of pilgrimage across the territory that today ends its first phase.
00:48:38It's first stage and then continued by different sectors. Our sister president Delcey Rodriguez, when she
00:48:49listened to different sectors of the country, from business chambers, students, women, workers, they asked to do a great national
00:49:01day for peace and for the end of the blockade and sanctions against Venezuela.
00:49:09She was, it was received and immediately she told us we must do this activity and let's go around Venezuela.
00:49:17And we began with, by three fronts, one in the west from Zulia, our sister Desi came from Zulia, Jorge
00:49:24Rodriguez came from the south, from Amazonas of BolĂvar. I came from Tachira, Tachira, the plains and we arrived here
00:49:35in Caracas.
00:49:36But we did not arrive alone. We arrived accompanied by a people that wants peace for this country and demands
00:49:43the entire world that enough of blockades of sanctions against our country.
00:49:50And sister president, if something we have seen in all these talks on the states where you made the gatherings,
00:50:01the assemblies, is that there is a consensus, there is a consensus criteria in the country of the harm that
00:50:09the sanctions do to the Venezuelan people.
00:50:12The damage that these sanctions have been doing against our own people. Far was that council of one extremist sectors
00:50:23that the sanctions were only for the leadership of Chavez. Very far from that.
00:50:28The sanctions impact the same, all Venezuelans. Without distinctions of political colors, without distinctions of religion, without distinctions of ages,
00:50:40without any kind of distinctions, men, women, all, our children especially.
00:50:48That's why this day that today, I say again, comes to the end of its first stage, which has been
00:50:57a complete success.
00:50:58We must always recall that sanctions against Venezuela did not come about spontaneously. The sanctions against Venezuela came from haters,
00:51:11people that hated their own country.
00:51:14Haters of their own people. Haters of what was done here in Venezuela. And today, when we begin to see
00:51:26the results of standing together, united, firmly, a people with faith, with loss of faith, with loss of hope, we
00:51:35have the results there.
00:51:36And we know that the times for Venezuela will be the best times in many years. For Venezuela, good things
00:51:43are coming, without a doubt.
00:51:46While we stay united, working. While we stand doing what we must.
00:51:53Because, you know, dear colleagues, brothers and sisters, that many families suffer because a child left, two children left, some
00:52:08have returned today.
00:52:09But today, we must have our arms open and hearts open to embrace all Venezuelans returning to Venezuela.
00:52:19And we can give a true embrace, not deceitful embrace, and that we all work together to stabilize the nation.
00:52:27Sister President, I believe we have fulfilled the first stage of this pilgrimage.
00:52:32We must do more now. We must do more. But we can say that today Venezuela, north to south, east
00:52:41to west, by the west, by the south, by the center of Venezuela,
00:52:46rose once more, united as brothers and sisters. A big embrace to all of you. Long live the homeland.
00:52:57And with you, I give the floor, our sister Delcy, who was the mastermind of this pilgrimage. And I'm sure
00:53:06that she will give us more details.
00:53:09With all of you, Delcy Rodriguez, Acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
00:53:15...
00:54:33Don't leave Venezuela.
00:54:35Say it up high that our love for Venezuela can be listed everywhere.
00:54:41We arrived here in Caracas.
00:54:44On April 19th of this year, all Venezuelans began this pilgrimage in the search.
00:54:54And in that search for a new spirituality that allows us to coexist, to encounter the embrace
00:55:05among all of us, we found a people, we found a people that came from the mountains, from
00:55:14the south, we are indigenous peoples, from the plains, from Méganos, from the west, that
00:55:22came with their own culture, with their expressions, beautiful expressions of cultural identity,
00:55:28that for centuries we have been building, from our chieftains that gave the struggle against
00:55:38colonial powers, that we have been building since our independence process, with SimĂłn BolĂvar
00:55:47people who are at the helm, are heroes of independence fight.
00:55:54And this pilgrimage, in every state, we found with the faith, we found each other with the
00:56:05faith of our people, in every home of prayer, greeting to all priests and pastors.
00:56:16We also found, with the great potentials of production that Venezuela has, that have been impacted
00:56:28by the economic blockade, but that we must also say it has been following a process of
00:56:37economic recovery, thanks to the unity of our people.
00:56:41In that pilgrimage, we also found, with the hopes of a youth that seeks the Venezuela of tomorrow,
00:56:50Venezuela, we found, and we embraced with our grandparents, heartily hit by the criminal sanctions.
00:56:59In that pilgrimage as well, we met with political oppositions as well.
00:57:08So, I want to thank the Democratic Action Party, COPEI, Venezuela First, Cambio First Justice, Cambiemos, Avanzada Progressista, and I
00:57:22ask the
00:57:23pilgrimage to give a step forward.
00:57:28I want to thank them for the, for accompanying this pilgrimage.
00:57:33That we were able to greet each other, see each other.
00:57:38And from our differences, from our differences within the party, we found a common cause.
00:57:44And that common cause is called Venezuela.
00:57:50That's the Venezuela in which we believe.
00:57:53A Venezuela that has rights, that has rights to diversity.
00:58:00John Hector recalled me that we are next to the garden, which is the most rich and diverse garden that
00:58:11exists.
00:58:12Because there you have the wealth of our wildlife.
00:58:17And that's the same with Venezuela.
00:58:20It's a rich country in its ethnic diversity, cultural diversity, political diversity.
00:58:24There is a space for everyone here.
00:58:27I've said this, Venezuela is greater than differences.
00:58:31And we arrived in Caracas with great hopes.
00:58:35I want to greet the Minister of People's Power for Defense and the high military command that has accompanied us
00:58:44in this pilgrimage.
00:58:46I want also to welcome the exit cabinet that accompanies in this pilgrimage and in these actions.
00:58:56And we arrived in Caracas excited.
00:59:00We arrived in Caracas with great emotions following what we saw.
00:59:08And if there is a strength that we must highlight is that the Venezuelan people never surrenders.
00:59:13The Venezuelan people never kneels.
00:59:16The Venezuelan people always stand strong in the face of adversity, in the face of challenges.
00:59:25A legacy of our liberator hero, Simone Bolivar.
00:59:31What a glory these people have.
00:59:36How much dignity these people have.
00:59:39And I say this because yesterday we were in La Guayra and today in Caracas.
00:59:46And there were places that were targeted by the January 3rd attack.
00:59:50A military aggression, unjustified aggression.
00:59:53A military aggression that has no space.
00:59:58Immediately we stood strong and we said we are going to resolve our differences with diplomacy, with political dialogue.
01:00:10And I have to say it that we are getting results.
01:00:18Recently we received the second U.S. charged affair that has arrived in Venezuela after seven years of a closed
01:00:27embassy.
01:00:28And in Washington, the delegation of the Bolivarian peace diplomacy is currently there deployed working to bring the truth of
01:00:40the Venezuelan people.
01:00:42We have not surrendered.
01:00:47And we report to our people of what it means to build a diplomatic agenda of cooperation.
01:00:54Today, after seven years, the first commercial flight arrived in Venezuela from the United States.
01:01:05Thanks to the diplomatic agenda between two governments that decided to put their best efforts on the basis of respect,
01:01:13sit and dialogue and advance.
01:01:16And we have been building a work agenda in the energy field, in the mining field.
01:01:23I want to thank the words of Gerardo, worker of the oil sector.
01:01:30I want to ask a big round of applause to all workers of the hydrocarbon industry.
01:01:42Because today, Venezuela has recovered once again its level of 1.2 million barrels of production.
01:01:53And I ask for this applause because you know very well that due to the blockade, the naval blockade that
01:02:03we had in December and January, we had decreased production.
01:02:07And it gives me great satisfaction that now that hours from May 1st, Labor Day, I can tell you here
01:02:16with truth in hand with the workers, with the oil workers, with petrochemical workers, we can say to Venezuela, we
01:02:25are here.
01:02:25We never surrender, we never surrender, we never desist, and we set a horizon.
01:02:32That horizon of growth, of productive growth, that we know that by the end of the year, we'll be here
01:02:42in front of our people telling them we have reached the 1.4 million barrels.
01:02:50We have reached the 1.5 million barrels, the 1.5 million barrels that we have reached the 1.5
01:03:04million barrels, at least a year, we have reached the 1.5 million barrels.
01:03:25petroleum, they have come under the standards of the Venezuelan government, under the standards
01:03:29of the new hydrocarbon law, under the laws of our republic, under the respect that means
01:03:37to have cooperation relations in the framework of our dignity, economic dignity.
01:03:45And what that is telling us is that by the year 2030, 2040, we will be able to say not
01:03:57only
01:03:58that we have the best economic growth of our region as we have it today, but also we will
01:04:06be able to say that we will have the best income of Latin America, that we will look
01:04:13at that future, and that we know that we will, that we are advancing with determination,
01:04:20with faith, with optimism, with hope.
01:04:25A few hours from the day of the, of workers, of Labor Day, I want to make some announcements.
01:04:35The first announcement that I want to make is that the integral minimum wage will reach
01:04:44the equivalent of $240. I must highlight that is the most important increase in the last
01:04:56years. We have never had an increase that allows us to have this level. I want to invite as well,
01:05:09Work Minister Carlos Alexis, because today we signed a very important agreement on the table
01:05:19for the consensus for the work consensus and social consensus. We have signed both, both the Bolivarian
01:05:29unions and opposition unions together with the employee sector, the employer sector, the commitment
01:05:40to this minimum income that the private sector is also called on to implement. In those cases, where it is
01:05:49inferior to the equivalent of $240. I want also to report that our grandparents, the hardest hit, will have
01:06:00a pension equivalent to the $70 and that this means an increase of 40%. It is not enough. It is
01:06:10not enough.
01:06:10We are still have much to do and that's why I ask for a special plan of attention for our
01:06:19grandparents.
01:06:21Starting today, this moment, the brigades of special attention, of integral attention of grandparents has been created
01:06:33and those brigades. And those brigades will meet the grandsons and granddaughters and the grandchildren that are

01:07:07by house
01:07:08to see the needs of our grandparents. We're going to give special supplies and equipment to the rehabilitation areas for
01:07:26the
01:07:26integral rehabilitation of our grandparents, brothers and sisters. There is still much to do. This is just the first step
01:07:36that in just four months
01:07:38we are taking as a country, a national union with a great effort, but of our workers. I want to
01:07:50give thanks to all of you for that effort. And I want also to a bonus of acknowledgement to the
01:08:07strategic
01:08:08sectors of the country. And these increases will be paid retroactively starting day of today, April 30th.
01:08:24I want to ask the work minister, Carlos Alexis, to inform about this important agreement that we have reached today
01:08:33among the unions of the country, the workers of
01:08:37of Venezuela and the business sector.
01:08:51Minister, this is the reflection of the tables that you installed that two weeks ago and now we are seeing
01:08:57the positive effects for the working class, effective effect for productivity of the country.
01:09:02Minister, this agreement, this agreement is a consensus among all unions, both the Bolivarian union as well as CTV, the
01:09:14independent Venezuela union as well, and the two organizations of chambers and business.
01:09:23Minister, they are very proud to be your brother and sisters.
01:09:31So, this is what is expressed.
01:09:31What is expressed there is that we can understand each other.
01:09:35That when I see the workers protesting, I tell them, you're right.
01:09:44We want better income for our workers.
01:09:47we want to recover fully the reach of what it means the income we are going
01:09:56there the first step to be able to guarantee the purchasing power of
01:10:01workers please and also concerns on behalf of the workers that are not
01:10:14attended that's why I gave instruction to the work minister and the minister of
01:10:19finance and economy of a full recovery of the functioning of the work inspection
01:10:26so that workers have where they can the place where they can be heard that they
01:10:33have a way that they can be defended all the rights and revindication as workers
01:10:40granted by the law welcome to the inspections of work we have listened
01:10:47also to the business sector and that's why the importance of consensus of work
01:10:52consensus I asked something of you we have to formalize work we have to
01:11:02formalize all workers so that they can have the protection of the state and the
01:11:08protection of the law the level of formal work is very low that's why we
01:11:16have seen the distortions in incomes in pensions we have to formalize these I
01:11:22these attacks that we cannot postpone anymore I call on the support of all
01:11:27workers of the country let's formalize for the respect of the workday so there are
01:11:35no abuses let's respect their rights of our workers and I've also asked this table
01:11:47for work consensus social consensus I've also asked them to work on a collective
01:11:54convention frame for the group economic growth in the benefit of workers brothers and
01:12:02sisters it is that this is the time this is the hour to think about the future it's
