01:23Caracas was in carnivals as well. How many comparisons were there?
01:26Well, we had activity, the president, in all the communal circuits here in Caracas with community carnivals,
01:36different cultural expressions across the territory, we were able to see the diversity, the concerts, the music,
01:43and the sports agenda that we also deployed here in the Caracas with marathons, bicycle tours,
01:48and, well, all the spaces that have been recovered in Caracas, in Caracas City,
