00:00Then, a thing, a concept, it is a fundamental one. We have to learn to live with our own sources. Then first, there are different actions. We are amid this situation with the lack of resources, we are heightening our storaging capacities.
00:23We lose storaging capacities when the problem with the supertankers, we are not at easy to the fact, we are not renouncing.
00:40We need to have more oil in the country, so to have more capacity in storage, to increase the production of the national crude.
00:57We prefer to say equivalent oil. It is to heighten the production of the crude oil and the gas that accompany it.
01:17And in the last month, we have had more gas, so we have more generation with the gas.
01:26But a part of that gas is the one that is given to many houses in the capital for cooking.
01:35And that's the increasement of this gas we are going this year to hide the consumptures of this gas in Havana, that is within this program.
01:53And to increase this oil, we are going to have more crude for the power plants in our country, so that they can generate consuming that crude.
02:15Then we are studying, we are buying an engine that helps us to generate electricity that they can work with this Cuban crude and all projects that we are developing.
02:33And we are not going to stop with increasing this crude and gas.
02:39We are not going to stop with the gas, we are going to stop with the gas, we give a task to our scientists, a group of investigators that has been done by the Institute of Investigation of the, to get, to refine the Cuban crude and can use it like the other.
02:57And so, not just for the power plants, and to have derived from that crude, to have gasoline, to have diesel from that refination.
03:12At the end of the year, we make a small test refining this national crude.
03:19And there are perpetrative ways.
03:21I am speaking about strategies and things that we can do.
03:24I repeat, not all these are going to solve problems, just, but it's going to give lights.
03:34It's, are different things that we are doing.
03:37And it's going to give sovereignty to us.
03:39It is something that we have to make use.
03:42We have to make use of the renewable.
03:46We have, we can make dry places for food, like, eolic energy, biomass, biogas.
03:59Biogas transform residuals into energy.
04:03And with biogas plants, you can cook.
04:11You can have lamps that function with gas and can illuminate.
04:16But there are engines that work with biogas.
04:21And with that, with that engine, you can have a gas on a generator.
04:25And you are generating electricity.
04:27And those things that we are dealing with, to be sustainable ones and not to forget this
04:34hard time.
04:36And we are going to see them like opportunities to develop ourselves, to have a sustainable
04:41development, to be in an energy way sovereign, to be independent.
04:47And there are some measures that we have to be done in the way that we are going up to increase
05:00the disponibilities of oil.
05:03I would like to speak also about the support that we are having during this day.
05:08There are many people in the world, an entity that reject the pressures, that reject the
05:15blockade against Cuba, and they are even, they want to take the race to commerce with Cuba.
05:28They were an international community.
05:34They have to be defined.
05:36If they are going to allow a crime like this to be done to Cuba, that could be done to any
05:46other country in the world, it's the future of the humanity.
05:51Or really, we are going to define, to make a struggle for the solidarity, cooperation, sovereignty,
06:01for the multilateralism, and the respect to the rights of all peoples in the world.
06:07That is something that people have to speak about, and the international community has
06:13to do.
