00:06During his visit, which began in the province of Santiago de Cuba, the President inspected

00:11the reconstruction work of houses and viral infrastructure damaged by the weather event.

00:17The visit continued in the province of Granma, where the Ubero Bridge was seriously affected

00:22by landslides and where the President called for the engineering brigades to be reinforced

00:28in order to speed up its repair.

00:30Hurricane Melissa caused flooding, overflows and landslides that seriously affected roads

00:35and bridges.

00:36And in response, the authorities continue to work to fully restore connectivity in the

00:40region.
