00:00In the context of support from Sister Nations, Cuba's President Miguel DĂaz-Canel denounced
00:05the U.S. blockade as the cause of the country's complex situation.
00:13We work together in good times and bad times.
00:16We live in a complex national context marked by economic difficulties in a turbulent global
00:22scenario.
00:22There is accumulated pain in our neighborhoods, legitimate discontent, impatience.
00:30These are exacerbated by the weight of the criminal blockade, the inclusion in a manipulated
00:35list of countries that support terrorism, maximum economic pressure to suffocate us, the application
00:42of coercive, unilateral measures, the aggressive pressure of hatred as a fundamental component
00:48of the incessant media warfare, which seeks to discredit and divide us, the dictate of
00:56a genocidal executive order that seeks to deprive the country of important, vital energy supplies,
01:03and along with that, a long list of attacks and threats, also with our own mistakes.
01:10We are obliged to recognize and make amends without excuses, because only what it is first
01:16face on, and without total honesty, can be transformed.
01:20We will struggle, we will fight, we will resist, we will transform, and above all adversities
01:27and imperial threats, we will grow, and we will prevail.
