It's a new year and Amberlynn is hungover from the festivities the previous evening. She discusses her weight gain over the past couple months. She plans to try to eat better and less to start the new year off fresh. She decides to not be all or nothing when it comes to her decisions on food. She plans out her 6 meals a day to try to eat more fruit and vegetables and decrease her calories. It's time to get back to the gym to help kickstart the 2015 weight loss journey. Dry chicken, pasta and edamame is an example of the type of meal that fits within the low calorie plan. They continue the trips to the gym and decide to get Panera Bread with a gift card they received over the holidays before going shopping in the cold weather. They return to the gym and Panera Bread. The next day the weather is too messy for Krystle to drive in so they decide to skip the gym. When Krystle's parents ask if they want to order Chinese food, it is Krystle who says no thanks and Amberlynn follows. The next day Krystle isn't feeling well so Amberlynn picks up some cough drops and a Teddy bear for her. She says even though Krystle is sick she still kisses her. This will definitely lead to a whole month of illness for Amberlynn.

00:00:00Good morning everybody. I might have been drinking too much last night. I guess I didn't initially
00:00:05notice how much I drank until everything was all said and done and I only got less than three hours
00:00:10of sleep so I'm not feeling very good. I actually will be weighing myself today and then I will be
00:00:20talking to you guys about a few things. Now I just want to go back to sleep. I'm so tired. I feel
00:00:27like I can't even function straight. I don't even know what's happening. Oh I never heard to say
00:00:32happy new year. Today is January 1st 2015. I am just so excited for this fresh new year. Yes I have this
00:00:41365 cats thingy majigger and I finally get to turn the page because today is the first. Let me figure
00:00:49this little doodad out. There he is. He's so cute and the paragraph just kind of talked about cat and
00:00:56how he became about and stuff. Oh my god I'm so excited for this. I love how the pages feel. They're
00:01:01like rough pages like other calendars I've seen. They're like very soft. I weighed myself. I honestly
00:01:07thoroughly can't believe this. I can actually admit right here and right now that I made a really big
00:01:13mistake. I used to be down 89 pounds. I have lost 89 pounds in the past. 11 pounds from 100. I was
00:01:21actually down 89 pounds in about six seven months. The famous 89 LBs. I've lost 89 pounds eating nothing
00:01:29but rice and potatoes. And now I'm only down 32 and not a single one of those pounds. I am proud about
00:01:37not a single one. Something you guys will learn from me is that I do not cry when I gain weight. I almost
00:01:44don't care. For a long time I didn't care. I honestly can't believe it and then a part of me is like
00:01:49actually yeah I can't believe it. I'm just so shocked right now. I'm gonna get this over with.
00:01:54I want to let you guys know there will be no more weigh-in videos starting this year. I'm gonna stop
00:01:59being scale obsessed and I'm purely gonna work on becoming a healthier better me. I will share this
00:02:04journey with you guys still. I will still weigh in for you guys in my vlogs. I will talk to you guys
00:02:10about my struggle, my accomplishments. I will show you guys what I eat randomly but I'm not gonna do any
00:02:16more weigh-in videos because I am tired of being scale obsessed. Right now I'm just really actually
00:02:23just heartbroken. I'm so mad at myself. I really hate to cry on camera but it's just how it is. I'm
00:02:30just really devastated. I want to make mini goals. I'm tired of making these gigantic goals and failing.
00:02:36I'm tired of failing. I want to give a reason to myself to succeed. I really do care about myself.
00:02:42I need to do this. I just need to do this. So here's my weigh-in photo from today. There it is.
00:02:49385.2. I wasn't expecting to gain that much weight. I regret it. I'm the type of person who doesn't
00:02:54regret anything at all. I wanted to let you guys know don't lose a bunch of weight and then gain
00:02:59it back because it is one of the worst feelings in the world to go from so proud of yourself to
00:03:06hating yourself. I'm gonna stop crying. I'm gonna go downstairs. I'm just gonna move on with my life
00:03:11and really hope that 2015 can be magical for me. I think the best way I can describe this is
00:03:17this girl. She brings out a happiness that I've never had before. I don't believe in fairy tales
00:03:22but maybe I will now. Last night when Crystal's parents friends were over, Crystal's mom got this
00:03:27really cute box. Inside of it, I'm totally jelly because it is a cat wine bottle. Like there's actual
00:03:33wine in here. I'm not sure what kind. Oh it's a Riesling? I can't say it very well. Look how cute that is.
00:03:40Okay, now that I'm putting the cat back in the box, it kind of reminds me of a coffin. Oh boy.
00:03:47Crystal and I haven't gone grocery shopping yet but I think we're going today so I'm just gonna have a
00:03:51little bit of this Peter Pan creamy. I did a serving which is 32 G's. 32 G's. I'm gonna have
00:03:57one of these gluten-free rice cakes. I normally don't eat this kind of peanut butter. I eat a natural
00:04:01one but this is the only option for now. We literally don't have much. My first little goal
00:04:06is to be 369.8 so that's down 15.4 pounds and I don't care if it takes me a whole month. I am
00:04:14going to reach this goal. I'm not going to fail before it happens and I will write down the date
00:04:19when it is achieved and then once it is achieved, I'll just make a goal number two. So we just arrived
00:04:25at the gym. It's so windy and cold out here but no sleeves. I have my iPod ready. Water is in there
00:04:33and we're ready to rumble and Crystal left her iPod in her purse. I'm not supposed to be filming in
00:04:39here but I did the bike. I did that like, wait where is it? This thing right here. It's right there.
00:04:48It's some orange thing and then I also did the treadmill today so complete. This gym is gigantic.
00:04:56There's a hole upstairs. There's a pool, a hot tub, a lap pool, a slide in there. It's just gigantic
00:05:06but we're ready to leave. We have to go grocery shopping. Crystal and I just discovered a frozen
00:05:13water bottle in our car. Actually two of them because it's so cold here. We sometimes accidentally
00:05:19leave our water bottles in the car but it's so funny. Crystal and I decided to come home and like
00:05:24kind of rinse off and take a little shower. Obviously I don't wash my hair. I don't wash
00:05:27my hair every day. You guys know that but I'm not really gonna do an outfit of the day but I can
00:05:30show you my jewelry because literally I'm just wearing a sweater like that's it. I'm wearing
00:05:36these gold and black earrings that I got from Walmart. I'm wearing, it's like a burgundy
00:05:40reddish knit scarf that I got from Kohl's. I'm wearing this lion ring that I got from
00:05:45Shop Miss A and my hair is just in a ponytail. Yeah so I really really love this scarf and I
00:05:49haven't worn it yet and I think I prefer knit scarves. They're a lot more like
00:05:53comfortable. What is this? What are you doing in here?
00:06:01What are you doing?
00:06:04I'm gonna do a quick little grocery haul. We have cucumbers. This is actually whole wheat
00:06:09bread for Christmas parents. They needed it at the last minute. We have zucchini, squash,
00:06:13carrots, two things of bananas. We have a big thing of clementines, sage or however you want
00:06:19to pronounce it. Four of those. We have two banana cream yogurts, two toasted coconut
00:06:25vanilla, two raspberry chocolate, two key lime. So quite a few yogurts. These are for
00:06:30smoothies. I just have like a cooking spray. Frozen Greek vanilla bean yasso. Crystal chose
00:06:36the healthy choice Greek vanilla bean. Frozen yogurt. Reduced fat. Four cheese mexican. Twelve
00:06:42packs of just regular hummus. Chicken breasts down there. A gigantic bag of frozen strawberries.
00:06:49Two things of this instant oatmeal weight control and one box of this veggie pasta type of thing.
00:06:55So that is everything we are getting.
00:07:01Put in the stuff in the trunk.
00:07:09We came out of there with three bags. So not shabby, not shabby. Are you going to put the cart?
00:07:16Let's see. One, two, three. And then our little lemon pan. So I think we did really good today. I'm proud of our choices.
00:07:30Uh oh. I thought Crystal wanted me to take her purse. I guess not. I'm trying to opening. Okay.
00:07:35This is how I'm holding my purse and I'm trying to open the door. Like.
00:07:38Yep. That's not going to work. I need my other hand. Zucchini, squash, turkey burger, mustard, whole grain toast.
00:07:50It's the end of the night and we're kind of just sitting here relaxing. Crystal's trying to decide which
00:07:56Xbox One game she wants to play. It's either Destiny, Halo, or Far Cry. So are you trying to say you want me to
00:08:01choose or what? Because she has them all sitting up. Do you want me to choose? Sure. Okay. Um, is it Far Cry for your
00:08:07new one? Mm-hmm. I'd say that one then. Okay. So as you guys remember from the beginning of my
00:08:13video, I was doing a lot of crying. It was just really hard for me this morning. But as the day
00:08:18goes on, I'm getting support coming from like Crystal and her parents. Everyone was more emotional
00:08:23with me. I feel okay now. Today has been a picture perfect day and I'm very happy with all the choices
00:08:29I've made. I am so proud of myself. I have no words for it. I want to remember this feeling and I want
00:08:35to feel this way every single day of 2015. I think it would be fantastic. Like someone has told me in
00:08:40the past, quite a few people, that if I do slip up, I slip up. But fix myself the next meal. Don't let
00:08:46it happen all day. Don't let it happen a week. Don't let it happen all month. And don't create a
00:08:51year of something I'm going to look back on and just regret. I feel a lot better after thinking about
00:08:56everything. Soaking it all in and just enjoying the day as is. I faced the music, so to speak. Now I'm
00:09:02listening to the music and I'm okay with it. Now I just gotta pick myself back up and fix it. So
00:09:07Crystal is trying to hold this book above my head because the lighting in here is so bad. When I go
00:09:20like this, I literally look like a ghost. I just wanted to show you guys that most vloggers hold
00:09:23the camera out like this far. It's just so weird because I'm always like, hey guys. Anyhow, I'm gonna

00:09:39yesterday when I was crying. I'm even in my same little blankie. I was just devastated with my
00:09:45weigh-in. Normally today I would weigh in, but I'm not. I'm doing things differently. I'm not allowing
00:09:50that scale to determine how I feel about myself. If I eat healthier, then things will change. That's just
00:09:56how it goes. If I eat healthier and less, it's automatically just gonna add up, right? But I
00:10:01didn't really want to vlog today, but I'm pretty sure a lot of people do this. They go on social
00:10:04media when they first wake up and I went on Ask.fm first because it's like a habit. I noticed a lot
00:10:11of rudeness on there regarding my video yesterday when I was crying. It hurt. I said, why am I doing
00:10:17YouTube? Why am I doing this? Like what is even the point? I can't handle the rude comments. I'm not
00:10:23that strong. It's hard to be so vulnerable in my videos and so real and raw. Just express my heart
00:10:32to people I have no idea who are watching. I know a few, obviously. It is terrifying to get such a
00:10:38negative response. That was the first thing I woke up to. I might have put myself in that position,
00:10:43but it's like, how can people be so rude to me when I've done nothing to them? Then I go onto YouTube
00:10:48and I'm like, I'm terrified to see the comments on there because people on Ask.fm are just like
00:10:54really being negative about it. I went straight to comments. I was more overwhelmed with the
00:11:00comments on YouTube than the complete rudeness on Ask.fm. I literally just started crying. I
00:11:05started crying. I'm just like, these people are rooting me on. It just means so much to me. I just
00:11:10want to thank you all. Here I go with the waterworks again, but it just means the world to me that so many
00:11:15of you believe in me, even through everything. It's really amazing to see people still believe
00:11:20in me. I just appreciate it so much. You guys have no idea. I'm thankful, so thankful that you guys
00:11:25really helped me feel better today. I feel better about myself. You made me feel like I really can
00:11:30do this. I appreciate it so much. I'm at a different place this time than I normally am with my weight
00:11:36loss. Normally I shun it off. I'm just like, okay, I'll lose the weight, but this time I feel like I'm just
00:11:41internally drained from the whole situation and I'm just so hurt with myself. I wasn't even supposed
00:11:47to vlog today whatsoever, but this is my vlog for today, I guess. I'm just going to go have some
00:11:52breakfast and then we're heading off to the gym. It's Friday. We go to the gym Monday through Friday
00:11:57when we're on track, but we don't go Saturday and Sunday. Maybe one day that'll change. I don't
00:12:01know. If I have something to film later, then I'll film it. Crystal's making her oatmeal right now.
00:12:06We got a new microwave. I don't know if you guys remember the other one, but it was like white.
00:12:12This one's supposed to like match and stuff. It is obnoxiously loud. It's just a nervous laugh. It's
00:12:18not because she's being obnoxious. And I'm just like, OMG. But anyways, since I mentioned my breakfast
00:12:24to you guys, I figured I'll show you. Sometimes I have a bigger breakfast. Sometimes it's smaller.
00:12:29I guess it's really, why am I showing you the George Foreman? By the way, Crystal got me this
00:12:33for Christmas. I used it yesterday. Turkey burger. Oh my God. I'm in love with it.
00:12:41Oh yeah. You guys can't really see it, but you'll see me use it one day. You like drain
00:12:48the fat in this little thing. I love it. Anyways, so I figured I'll show you today. I'm just gonna
00:12:53eat one of these Yoplait Greek 100 calories. I know these aren't as good as plain Greek yogurt.
00:12:58I completely get that. I can't just jump on perfectly. I mean, this is perfect for me, but
00:13:07Crystal, your thing's done. I'm just having two clementines and then a half a serving of
00:13:12Peter Pan creamy, whatever. Half a serving was 16 G. So I don't know if you guys can see,
00:13:17but 16 G. So that's my breakfast for today. 45 degrees outside, but it feels colder than that.
00:13:24So I have my seat warmer on five and so does Crystal, which is shocking because she usually
00:13:28has hers on like three. It is so cold. Again, no sweater. Today's the day we say goodbye to all of
00:13:35the Christmas stuff and I have to do it all. I'm hoping Crystal will help me. I'm sure she will,
00:13:40but oh, this is sad. I put everything in those boxes. Currently in those boxes, it's like the stuff
00:13:47that naturally goes up there. So this just sucks. The whole ask them thing. I do go on there. I went
00:13:54on there way before I started YouTube. I get a lot of questions and it's super fun to answer questions.
00:13:59I just wasn't expecting like the hate per se and the bullies and whatnot. So it's kind of hard to like
00:14:03adjust to. It used to really get to me. Now it's just, I mean, yes, it's hurtful and it's like your
00:14:09point being type of thing. It doesn't like affect me like it used to. Someone on there, a couple of people,
00:14:14said my tears were phony yesterday and that really hurt my feelings because I had to edit out a lot
00:14:20of it. They weren't phony. I can't make myself cry on command. I 110% was crying because I was so mad
00:14:28at myself. I let myself down. I feel like it was finally my wake-up call and I haven't had a wake-up
00:14:34call at all. I don't think like, I really don't think I could sit here and be like, oh yeah, that was
00:14:38a wake-up call. But that was a wake-up call. That hit me like a ton of bricks and it literally
00:14:44just changed my whole mindset on everything because it shows how quickly someone can really
00:14:50gain weight and it's not good for your health. It's not good for your organs. It's not good for
00:14:53your veins and your blood and your body and your spirits and your head. I was existing. I wasn't
00:14:58living yesterday because it really, really did affect me that hard. Someone else did just currently
00:15:02say, because I did mention to you guys yesterday that I do not want to be doing daily weigh-in videos
00:15:08or weigh-in videos at all. And they told me the reason why I'm doing that is because I know I'm gonna
00:15:12fuck up. Exact words. They also said I wasn't scale obsessed for the last two months. I kind of just
00:15:18want to like update you all on that if some of you are thinking those same things. One, no I wasn't
00:15:23scale obsessed these last two months because I wasn't on track whatsoever. I didn't weigh myself
00:15:28not once, not a single time. It's because I was eating whatever I wanted. What I mean by scale obsessed
00:15:33is I literally weigh myself every single day and if I'm not down at least 1.8 pounds, so almost two pounds,
00:15:40I get pissed off. I get down. I think I didn't do as good and it really messes with my mindset.
00:15:46Like it really makes me feel like I'm not doing something right. And then for some reason,
00:15:50it triggers something in my head and I eat the whole house. The scale really affects my mood
00:15:55and it creates me either to have the chippest day in the whole entire world or the downest day ever.
00:16:00I don't want the scale to be doing that. So that is why I said I'm not gonna do weigh-in videos. I'm not
00:16:05gonna weigh in daily like I used to. There is just no reason that I should be doing that because it
00:16:11will affect me. I'm taking out every bit of things that caused me to gain weight in the past or mess
00:16:18up in the past. I'm taking all those things out of my life and no, I'm not gonna be perfect every
00:16:22single day. But as of right now, the scale causes me to not do good and I don't want to go through
00:16:28that. I don't want to mess up this time hardcore. Like I don't want to gain a bunch of weight. I don't want to
00:16:34do that and it's just not for me. But like I said, when I do weigh in and I'm vlogging or whatever,
00:16:39I'm gonna be updating you guys every step of the way. This is vlogs about my life. This is kind of
00:16:44like video diaries in a way. Oh, and this actually just reminded me of something that happened today.
00:16:48If you guys have that issue where you don't like people talking to you at the gym, I have my
00:16:52headphones in. I'm jamming out. Music really makes me pumped. It gets me going and I go faster and I go
00:16:57longer and it puts me in the mood. I get on this one machine and this girl just starts chapping away
00:17:02to me. And she knows my whole life story now because I'm the type of person who does not just
00:17:06ignore somebody. I'm not cruel. I'm not rude. I feel like I'm obligated to talk to somebody if they're
00:17:12trying to talk to me. It was so weird. At the end of the day, she got my number. She wants me to try
00:17:16some supplements. I told her no. I'm not the type of person who does supplements. She described one of
00:17:21them as a pill that is like a healthy speed. Now, the minute she said that, I was like, uh-uh, honey child.
00:17:28It was just, it was weird. I think that's about all I wanted to say. I think I'm just going to end
00:17:32this video now. I want to do this. I need to do this. I'm thoroughly scared for my health. I will

00:17:43earlier. I wanted to just like log out loud that I'm having these like moments where I really want
00:17:48to binge eat and I want to just eat, eat, eat. When I think about it, my heart starts racing like really fast
00:17:54and I get like excited. It's really odd. It kind of reminds me of like a food addict, a food addict,
00:17:59a drug addict. Sorry. Like how they feel. You know, my parents were drug addicts and we had some serious
00:18:04talks in the past. It kind of like creeps me out. It comes in waves and then it like disappears. I just
00:18:10wanted to let you know that I am going through these like moments where I'm like, okay, I need to eat
00:18:14everything under the sun, but I'm ignoring it and I'm succeeding. I'm going to go lay down to go to bed
00:18:19soon. I just kind of wanted to share that little moment of being very terrified that I'm about to
00:18:24really mess up and it's only day two. I know it gets easier. Hello everybody. So it's the next
00:18:29morning, January 3rd. I'm still wearing the same thing because these were the pajamas I was wearing
00:18:33yesterday and obviously I slept in my pajamas, but I'm going to change in a little bit. I'm just checking
00:18:38YouTube and stuff. Of course I didn't weigh in because I said that I'm not going to be weighing in,
00:18:43but Crystal weighed in. If you guys don't know who Crystal is, Crystal is my girlfriend.
00:18:46What? I have new people watching my videos sometimes. And in two days, she is down five
00:18:53pounds. I am like so proud of her. Her losing that weight, her eating healthier and her exercising is
00:19:00really motivating me and inspiring me to keep on trucking. She is supporting me a lot, but I just
00:19:05wanted to like give you guys an update that she's down five pounds in two days. Now if that ain't a
00:19:09rapid weight loss, I don't know what is. I know she's not going to be losing weight that fast like in a
00:19:14month from now, but it's just good to kind of, you know, get that water weight off, get that, you know,
00:19:18a little bit of fat off like quick stat because ain't nobody got time for that extra weight. I just
00:19:23wanted to let you guys know that I'm so proud of her. So tonight, Crystal's grandma and Crystal's aunt
00:19:29came over. We played games and just hung out and stuff. Crystal's mom is like a good host, so to speak.
00:19:35She laid out some snacks. Literally, it was just cheese, hummus, carrots, snap peas, crackers,
00:19:41pretzels, and like a few different types of dips. And it was her aunt's birthday, so she ended up
00:19:46getting cupcakes and she got the cupcakes. I was like, okay, I'm totally not gonna eat these. All
00:19:50day long, I've been doing absolutely amazing counting calories and eating healthy. I'm making
00:19:55great choices. I knew I wasn't gonna eat the cupcakes and we decided to all watch Annabelle,
00:19:59even though Crystal and I have already seen it, but everyone wanted to see it. So we're like, okay,
00:20:02we played games all day and then decided to watch the movie. So as we were watching the movie, everyone
00:20:06had popcorn, which that fit into my calories perfectly. And then people started eating the
00:20:11cupcakes. I couldn't resist, so I did eat a cupcake and I did go over calories. I logged every single
00:20:17calorie, so that's like a great accomplishment. You can come in. I feel so good in here with the
00:20:21window open. I know, don't close it yet though. Close the window in here. Huh? Oh no, I don't think I
00:20:28closed the window in there. Sorry. So I did go over calories today, but something normally that happens
00:20:32on the weekend is I fall off track completely. I don't count calories. I easily eat 5,000 calories
00:20:36in one day, but I didn't. I didn't eat anywhere near those amounts. The only thing that put me over
00:20:41was the cupcake and I had a couple crackers with like this wine cheese. It was just a couple crackers.
00:20:47I'm really proud of myself. Of course, I could have done better. I feel like I'm really making
00:20:51positive changes and something that I wanted to do for myself. This resolution of mine, this 2015,
00:20:56I don't want to do this whole all or nothing thing. I'm just not about that life. I'm normally
00:21:01very all or nothing and I just can't allow myself to be that way. I'm just really happy with my
00:21:06choices. Of course, there's a little regret that I actually ate the cupcake, but I'll be okay.
00:21:09Hello, everybody. Today is the, let's say the 4th or the 5th. What is the 4th? I forget things so
00:21:15easily. I wanted to show you guys how I space out my meals. I wrote it all down just to kind of keep
00:21:20myself from overeating a bunch because there has been times obviously where I wanted to, but I have to keep
00:21:25reminding myself. Amberlynn, you're about to eat again in a little bit, so you don't have to be
00:21:28so food obsessed. If you hear stuff in the background, Crystal's legit playing some like
00:21:33scary game right now. I don't even know, but she's shooting things and they're making weird noises.
00:21:37I eat six times a day. Can you actually just turn it down just a little bit?
00:21:45Thank you, babe. I heard that by doing that, it helps with your metabolism and you lose weight faster.
00:21:50So I will eat at 9.30, 11.30, 2.30, 5.30, 7.30, and 9. 9.30 to 11.30, that's only a two hour gap.
00:21:5811.30 to 2.30, it's two hour gap. This has really, really been helping me and keeping me on track.
00:22:02And not only that, but it causes me to have to eat fruits and vegetables because they're so low
00:22:07in calories. You'll see over here that these are pretty much how I space out my calories because at
00:22:14the end of the day, I need to eat 2,000 or lower calories. I don't consider these meals,
00:22:19snacks, dinners, lunches, anything like that. I purely just call them meal one, meal two, meal
00:22:23three, meal four, meal five, meal six. I've done this in the past and it works really well. It's
00:22:28just easier that way and it causes me to eat more fruits and vegetables. I know it might be a mind
00:22:33game, but you know what? This game is fun and I'm enjoying it. For meal one, I eat in the high 200s.
00:22:39And when I talk about that, I'm meaning like the high 200 calories. Meal number two, I'll eat in the
00:22:44200 somewhere. Meal number four is always my biggest meal because it's with Crystal's parents.
00:22:49It's between 400 and 600 calories, depending on what we're having. The whole day, I'm sipping
00:22:53on my water. I know this was like a different type of vlog for you guys. I needed to talk to

00:23:08this blankie. It's queen size, so it's like super gigantic and I get it all to myself. She got it for me
00:23:12for Christmas. I'm just obsessed with blankets. I'm really not always cold. I mean, in the mornings,
00:23:16I get cold, but I just always have a blanket on me. It's some weird thing. I just woke up.
00:23:20I have to do my little kitty cat thing. Obviously, I haven't been showing you guys every day.
00:23:26I always put them in this little container because I want to save them. Oh, it's a bunch of kittens.

00:23:37it, you can. My meal number one, I'm having this weight control oatmeal. It has seven protein
00:23:43160 calories. Only one sugar. It's delicious. I'm having a full banana. What are you doing, Ringoes?
00:23:51What are you doing? Look how beautiful she is. She's just sniffing. Oh, you want to go out, baby?
00:24:00You want to go out? Go on. He'll act like he wants to go out and then he won't.
00:24:07Oh, that air is not cold. Smokey? No. I know it felt really good. Smokey, you can go out there.
00:24:14We have to get you a little cage if you want to go out. So Crystal and I are about to go to the gym.
00:24:18And when I go to the gym, I like to be as comfortable as possible. And I honestly own three
00:24:23normal t-shirts that I'd wear to the gym. And two are currently too tight. One, I wear all the time.
00:24:28It's my blue one with the sarcasm on it. You guys have seen it several times. Today, I'm just going to
00:24:32wear this loose shirt that I wear in the house all the time. I actually have a couple of them.
00:24:36So if you always see me wearing it, that's why. And just this loose thing that looks like you could
00:24:40wear it to work out. I don't really have much to work out in. We're about to head out. I got my
00:24:45water. I always bring two waters with me just because. My iPod. Just got done with the gym.
00:24:50I am legit healing out. I felt a little bit of my asthma happening, but that's okay. It happens.
00:24:55I think I'll start getting used to it again because I remember when I first started going to the gym
00:24:58last year, I felt a little bit at the beginning, but then it started going away. So that's
00:25:02a plus. Now I'm not trying to toot my own horn, but for somebody my size, I go a lot faster and
00:25:07a lot longer. And I think it's just because of my age and I'm just lucky in that way. And that's
00:25:11why I feel like I need to fix my shit now before I really get unhealthy. It feels really nice to be
00:25:16next to like these skinny athletic people and be going almost the same speed as them, depending,
00:25:20not on the treadmill because they're like running and I'm like, nope, not running. It just depends on
00:25:24what I'm doing. It just feels nice. I was on a certain machine and some trainer walked out and
00:25:29didn't say anything to me because I think he noticed I was in the zone and there was tons
00:25:32of people. Crystal was right next to me. He just hands me this paper. He didn't hand it to anybody
00:25:36else. It was almost as if like he knew he wanted to hand me this. And I looked at it and it's about
00:25:40this like revolution group thing. I didn't really read it thoroughly because I was in the middle of
00:25:45working out, but it makes me wonder if like trainers look at me as like, wow, this girl might be a
00:25:49motivation and inspiration one day. I just feel good when I'm in the gym. I used to think that I'd feel bad
00:25:54because there are so many athletic people and they're just rocking the out of it because I've never
00:26:00ever seen someone as big as me in the gym. I've never seen it. I've seen fat people, but I've never
00:26:05seen obese people. I used to think, okay, I'm going to feel really self-conscious in there. I'm going to be
00:26:09the only gigantic person, but in a way I kind of feel like awesome. I don't know if that sounds weird.
00:26:14I just feel really good that I'm actually that person in the gym kicking butt. So we're on our way home now.

00:26:35What are you doing still? I was trying to walk like an Oompa Loompa and this little thing. I
00:26:40wear a bun so I thought it would be funny. Then when I started shaking my dog, he was standing there and
00:26:46he like shook his whole body. His little collar started shaking. So when you watch it back,
00:26:50it literally sounds like something on my body is making that noise. Like my bones are brittle or
00:26:55something. I'm about to make meal number three. I need my chicken breasts. What I really, really,
00:27:00truly like about these is they're already pre-portioned. It already shows the calories and
00:27:05the protein and it's 99% fat free. It's super easy to use. Crystal is a heaven scent. She knew that I
00:27:13wanted a George Foreman. I was not expecting it at all. I hate cooking meat. I'm like literally
00:27:18the worst at it, I feel like. I mean, you could be a four-year-old and use this. So this just means
00:27:22it's warming up and once this turns on this light right here, that means I'm ready to put my meat
00:27:27on it. I love it. It cooks perfectly both sides. I don't have to flip it or anything. And this drains
00:27:33the fat. I don't have to defrost this. It is just so simple. See how the light's on now? So I have to open this.
00:27:45Get my meat out.
00:27:49I just wash my hands after.
00:27:53See, some are like bigger than others, but it's because this one's like skinnier.
00:27:57And then there you go. And then all I do, I take a rag because I just touched the chicken.
00:28:08And I just close it. I press on it a little.
00:28:14Bam. And pretty soon, well, actually you can see it happening now. It just drips.
00:28:19I already have pre-packaged measured veggie pasta. This is pasta made out of veggies. So I'll be putting
00:28:26those on a plate and warming it up for us along with our chicken. So as you guys know,
00:28:31most like barbecue sauces and sauces in general are very high in sodium and calories. And it's just
00:28:37like not worth it. So on my piece of chicken, I add just the tiniest bit of yellow mustard for
00:28:42some flavor. On my pasta and my half a serving of edamame, I'm going to put this garlic and herb.
00:28:48It is salt free. Mrs. Dash is a great brand. Just the tiniest bit, like a few drops of this
00:28:54liquid aminos brags. This is a natural soy sauce alternative and you can find this in your natural
00:29:00slash organic aisle. I love my chicken to be brown like that. I can't wait. So I'll just add a couple
00:29:06little droplets. I got some on the side of the plate. That's fun. That's probably less than a
00:29:11serving even. It just adds a little bit of flavor. Now I need to open my Mrs. Dash,
00:29:19get some on there. It's so good like this. And then my mustard, just to add a little bit of flavor
00:29:25because I do not put anything on this. And I'll, you know, spread it. And ta-da, there is my meal
00:29:32number three. Crystal and I are playing 20 questions. It's really fun. You have to like be like, I am a
00:29:37place or I am a person. And there's like 20 hints. You have to try to guess. I was whooping ass yesterday.
00:29:42We have our score. Oh wait, no, actually Crystal was. She has one extra score. Damn it. Crystal just did this
00:29:48one for me. She has to tell me I'm a thing. And what I do is I take my little red chip and I put
00:29:53it on one of these numbers and say, I put it on 15. She has to tell me the 15th clue, but I put it
00:29:57only on these three and I already got it right, which was my favorite beverage is sake. I chose 10.
00:30:03I like it in the raw and I lost a turn. So I really only got two clues and I knew it was sushi,
00:30:08but it's actually a really fun game. There's I'm a thing. I'm a person. I'm a year and I'm a place.
00:30:13I think I'm the best at the thing. What are you doing monks? Are you all covered up? Are you
00:30:19sweeping and relaxing? What are you doing? What's this right here? I eat six little tiny meals a day.
00:30:27This is actually my fifth meal. I am having a Greek light and fit and key lime, a clementine,
00:30:33a rice cake with a half a serving of peanut butter. This might be insanely odd. I've debated back and
00:30:38forth if I even want to mention this or ask this or say anything. A lot of you watch me,
00:30:42because of my weight loss and because I'm on a weight loss journey, even though I've
00:30:46sucked in the past and we're all honest here, aren't we? So I want to know, have you guys ever
00:30:51eaten such bad foods like ice creams and candies and just horrible fattening foods for like a big
00:30:58period of time and then you completely went healthy and you ate less? Did that give you guys diarrhea?
00:31:03I know it's, it's a crazy thing to ask. I've been getting really sick the last couple of days and
00:31:08this actually happened the last time I started eating more fruits and vegetables. I don't know
00:31:12what the issue is and I'm kind of getting scared. So I want to know if you guys had the same
00:31:16experience. What do you guys think I should do? I know it's gross, but I just need to be honest
00:31:20with you guys and I really need help because I'm worried I'm doing something wrong because I know
00:31:25diarrhea can really make you dehydrated and it could cause death. I mean, everybody and their mother
00:31:30knows that. So I'm just wondering, has it happened to you guys and what should I do? Yeah. God,

00:31:51myself on the first, so today is the sixth day. So that means there has been five complete days of
00:31:56eating healthy and whatnot. I've really want to weigh myself today, but I have this weird thing where if I
00:32:01even take the tiniest sip of water, then I don't want to weigh myself. I totally forgot that I wanted
00:32:06to weigh myself today and I took like a big chug of water and I feel kind of scared to weigh myself.
00:32:11I know it's odd. It's like just something in my head. I don't even like brushing my teeth
00:32:15until I've weighed myself. Isn't that weird? I told you guys when it comes to the scale,
00:32:18I'm like crazy obsessed. I figured I'd weigh myself because I am starting my period. I feel like
00:32:23that could damper some things, but I know this is going to be a good weigh in. It's okay. As long as I
00:32:29lost like two pounds, I'm happy. 377.0. Super, super happy. When I weighed in on the first,
00:32:35I was 385.2. So that means I am down 8.2 pounds and this is how I logged it. I have my little kitten
00:32:42planner. It's just a tiny little thing. I put my weight in for Thursday at 385.2 and I did put a
00:32:49crying face because I did cry a lot. I was devastated. Here we go. Today on the sixth,
00:32:54first time weighing in. Since then, I'm happy about it. If you guys remember,
00:32:58my goal is to be 369.8 and that's all I'm thinking about is that little mini goal because
00:33:04I don't want to overwhelm myself. So to get there, gosh, another 7.2 pounds. Overall, I am down 43.0
00:33:13pounds. I feel like I should always, always keep that in mind and be proud of myself even though
00:33:18I've gone through a lot and I have failed multiple times, but I have lost 43.0 pounds now. So I just
00:33:25need to learn how to keep it off. I know 8.2 pounds down in five days is like biggest loser status.
00:33:32It's not healthy for you per se. I know it's not going to continue happening. I just like it to
00:33:36happen at the beginning because I am getting rid of a lot of water weight, but it's not just that
00:33:40because I am exercising. I like it to happen at the beginning because it's very motivating to me
00:33:44and it makes me want to just keep going. I do have an issue in the past that when it does stop coming off
00:33:50quickly, that's when I start stepping back a bit and messing up and making mistakes, but I have to
00:33:54learn this time not to do that because I do bring up when I lost 89 pounds a lot because it was a big
00:34:01significant time in my life. I can't believe I ever did it. I'm so proud of myself. Back when I lost
00:34:06those 89 pounds, I lost it kind of slowly towards the end. I really did. I'd gain a pound a day. I'd say
00:34:13the same for a week and then I, you know, but I held on tight and all those little downs, like
00:34:19down 0.3, down 0.4, they all added up. I need to remind myself of that person and remind myself that
00:34:25when it all adds up, it is all progression to somewhere, right? So I got to keep reminding
00:34:31myself that. I have to go eat breakfast and then we're going to go to the gym. I just kind of wanted
00:34:36to talk to you guys. I said I was like going to do weigh-in videos, so this is not a weigh-in video.
00:34:41This is just going to be part of like a longer vlog. So there was everybody. That was my weigh-in.

00:35:11So I forgot to tell you guys earlier, it's actually really late at night right now. I normally do 30
00:35:25minutes at the gym because I'm starting off slow. I do 10 minutes on one machine, 10 minutes on another,
00:35:31and 10 minutes on another equals 30. Today, I actually did four machines for 10 minutes each,
00:35:35so I did 40 minutes. Yay! Super proud of myself. I do want to like just say this. As you guys know,
00:35:42I have gallstones. I haven't felt sick since January 1st because I started eating healthier and stuff,
00:35:48and I noticed I was talking about it earlier with Crystal and her parents how I felt sick from them,
00:35:53blah blah blah, because I'm eating healthier. Oddly enough, about a half an hour ago, I started feeling
00:35:57kind of sick, so I should have knocked on wood as I just did then. I'm hoping it'll go away. I'm about to
00:36:03have my meal number five, and I guess I could show you guys that. I didn't do much foaming today. Totally
00:36:08just like passed my head. I totally forgot I was vlogging to be honest. I don't know if I'm low on fat
00:36:13today or too high. I guess I can look on my fitness pal because I know sometimes that affects my gallstones.
00:36:18Let's see. I always plan out my last two meals before I even have them. I have 39 calories remaining.
00:36:24I don't really do this from the computer. I gotta be honest. I normally am doing this on my phone.
00:36:29Okay, so I've had 52 fat today, and my goal is 67. I went over on sodium today, but you know,
00:36:34it's all right. Well, I guess that's not too bad. I guess my body's just really not used to
00:36:40such low amounts. Those of you who are following me for my vlogs, not really like my weight loss,
00:36:46don't worry. I'm not just going to be talking about weight loss all the time. It's new to me again,
00:36:51and I'm really trying to get into it. It's definitely something that's been on my mind a lot lately,
00:36:54so that's why I've been talking about it a lot, but don't worry. That's not just what my life's about,
00:36:58but right now I feel like it is because I'm just trying to get into the swing of things.
00:37:02Meal number five. I'm going to be having a banana.
00:37:16I'm also going to be having some hummus. It already comes in like these individual things,
00:37:27which I prefer because if I don't have to measure out something, then I don't want to do it,
00:37:31and you actually get quite a bit. It's only 130 calories. I'm also having some carrots. Those I am
00:37:39going to be measuring. They're 85g, so I usually just get like a little paper plate, put it on here,
00:37:46press on so it's already counting the plate. Open these puppies up.
00:37:50So that's 74.
00:38:1095, so take off one. 86, that seems about perfect.
00:38:14So bam, that is my meal number five. And keep in mind some of my meals as I call them,
00:38:24because I just call them meal number one through six. Some of them are snacks, so I guess you can
00:38:28consider this a snack. I'm not even sitting down before I'm eating already. I must be hungry.
00:38:32My favorite meal today was meal number four, and that's when Crystal's mom cooks. I haven't had salmon
00:38:37in so long because I've been actually scarred from it. For some reason, certain restaurants won't cook it
00:38:43all the way. Even when I ask them to, they won't do it, and they'll give it to me like raw because
00:38:47a lot of people like it like that, I guess. So I've been like scarred because I like my salmon cooked
00:38:52through and through, and Crystal's mom cooks it exactly how I like it. So she made it today, and
00:38:59delicious. Well, that's okay. Crystal's trying to be all quiet. She's doing her snack.
00:39:03She's having carrots, hummus, and pretzel. I had salmon and lentils, and it was just so delicious.
00:39:09Anyways, I just need to eat my food and stop yapping.
00:39:20She's counting out her 20 pretzels, which is a serving, so not shabby, not shabby. You get quite

00:39:45do it yesterday, so. This is the 6th, and then show you guys the next one. As far, cats literally
00:39:51just brighten my day. So this one's for today. It's like a new gift every single day. I get to lift
00:39:57up a new page, and I never know what to expect.
00:40:12Making meal number one today. I'm having some whole wheat toast. This is actually whole wheat bread for
00:40:19Christmas parents. They needed it at the last minute. With some chunk light tuna, low sodium. I
00:40:24just put a little bit of yellow mustard. I feel like mayonnaise has too many calories,
00:40:28and it's just not worth it. Mustard it is, and then I'm gonna have a clementine.
00:40:34Oh, hot. Now all I do is take the tuna and lay it on top like so.
00:40:42And the cats are going wild because I think it's for them. As Crystal always says, tuna is cat food,
00:40:48and I'm like, no it's not. Ta-da. Meal complete. It's eight degrees where we live. We're going
00:40:54to the gym. I'm dressing as warm as possible. I mean, I don't like being hot in the gym,
00:40:58and I don't have a thing to do the whole locker shabam, so. It is so cold. I feel like it felt
00:41:04colder yesterday though because there was no sun. Oh, Crystal thinks it felt colder yesterday.
00:41:09Anyways, Crystal and I both are turning on our heated seats to five. I'm turning that to 80 because
00:41:14it's the highest it goes. I'll make that go up a little higher. It is so cold. Here we are
00:41:20at our gym. It really is a really big one, and it's two stories. I love it. I love the environment.
00:41:25So I just got out of the gym, did 40 minutes on four different machines, so 10 minutes on each. I'm
00:41:30exhausted. My lips are so dry. I noticed when I start drinking a lot of water, my lips actually get
00:41:35really dry. It's really weird. Do you have any chapstick? I think it's because, you know, water is
00:41:38constantly touching your lips, and plus I just worked out, so it makes it worse, and it's freezing.
00:41:43Anyhow, I wanted to say I actually found out like a fact. I always listen to my iPod full blast when I'm in the
00:41:48gym, but they have like TVs all around and stuff. Thank you. And I found out something actually
00:41:52really cool. A lot of people like, hold on. There's a guy over there totally looking at me.

00:42:01I know. I must be... I must be so sexy. You know how like a lot of red meat like gets like a bad rep or
00:42:08whatever? They have like TVs all around the gym. They like show facts. They show like news on one.
00:42:13They show... Did you use it? Yeah, I used it. They showed just like a bunch of random stuff. Sorry,
00:42:19the sun is making my face like white. What was I saying? That guy is just looking at me. One of the facts
00:42:24that's shown on the TV was that lean red meat is actually good for you because there's this thing
00:42:31in it that I don't remember what it's called exactly. But what that thing does is it turns
00:42:36sugar into energy. So I found that to be very interesting. So not all red meats are bad for
00:42:41you. So make sure to look for the lean red meat. We're gonna go home. We have to go to the grocery
00:42:45store. So we need to go get ready for that. That's about it. I'm gonna have my protein bar. I'm having a
00:42:50chocolate mint builders. There's 20 protein in it. I have one of these. Or I have one of the 20G
00:42:55protein think thin bars every day after I work out. And it really helps because protein after a
00:43:00workout is the way to go. I wanted to do a quick outfit of the day. Don't mind the weird looking.
00:43:05My hair is actually not curly, but wouldn't that be cute? See, this is why I want a crimper for it to
00:43:10look like that. But that's actually because of the blinds right there. But I want to do an outfit of
00:43:14the day. I'm just wearing my hair in like this messy top ponytail type of deal. And I'm wearing these
00:43:19different colored blue stone earrings. I got this from Walmart. I'm just wearing a black scarf today.
00:43:24I forget where I got it. I am wearing this Aztec white and black cardigan that I also got from
00:43:28Walmart. And just a blue shirt that I also got from Walmart. So this is a Walmart outfit. So
00:43:37that's that. Oh, I forgot to choose a ring. Whoops. So this is how I usually do it. So that's where all
00:43:42my jewelry is. Necklaces, earrings, blah, blah. And then right here is my dangly earrings that I can't
00:43:48wear. I'll explain it in another video. These are just all my rings. And I guess I'll just choose
00:43:52this one. It matches my shirt. Ring is on. Now I'm ready to go. Got my water. Wait, is this one
00:43:58my water? I don't even remember. I feel like this one might be Crystal's, but oh well. I don't know

00:44:07Super in love. Grocery store, here we come. Crystal and I have a Panera Bread gift card. So we're
00:44:13going to use it today for our meal number three. There is something that I always get here,
00:44:17but I'm just going to cut it in half. Normally it comes with two flatbreads,
00:44:20but I'm just going to get one. It fits perfectly into my macros for today. So I'll definitely show

00:44:55I must definitely be rough with my purses and I never noticed until I got, you know,

00:45:11so sad. It's like scraped completely. Oh, well. All right. There you guys go.

00:45:34All right. So this is what it is. It's my favorite thing here. It's called a Mediterranean flatbread.
00:45:38What's on here? It's like this yogurt sauce with hummus. Lots of vegetables like lettuce and cucumber
00:45:46and some chicken. And that's all it is. So this whole thing is 310 calories. And then as my side
00:45:52is some kettle chips, which is 150. Normally I get two of these. Be proud. I only got one. You
00:45:59might be surprised, but I don't really eat things like this anymore, but I just figured why not? It's
00:46:03a kettle chip. I only live once, but it's definitely not something I eat anymore. So it's really nice.
00:46:08I've been eating a lot like this. Get a lot more vegetables and fruits. It's insane. Panera bread is a
00:46:13place that you really can find healthy foods. They have tons and tons of solids. So many you don't
00:46:18even know. All right. Throwing away our food. Trash. Trays. To the store we go.
00:46:31Oh, wrong way. Oh, I always do that. You almost said my name. She's like, Dana. Why does she always do it?
00:46:42So we just got the store. We went to Wegmans, which is our favorite store to go to. Oh my gosh.
00:46:49Literally my nose is numb. It took us forever to put the stuff in the trunk. I don't know why,
00:46:54but it's so cold. Do you think the coldness would make you go faster so you could rush? But then when
00:46:58you're trying to rush, you like get combobulated and then it makes you go slower. My nose is numb
00:47:02and it feels like swollen because it's so cold out. Here's your purse. I literally would not be
00:47:06surprised if I got sick. Like I'm so cold. I was kind of like rushing in the grocery store anyhow,
00:47:11because my dog monkey hasn't been feeling good today. So I wanted to make sure he's okay. So I kind
00:47:15of wanted to rush in the grocery store. So I did not film like a haul or like, I didn't show you
00:47:20anything, but everything is pretty much the same as what I got last time. I could name some of the things
00:47:25I got. Just off the top of my head, zucchini, carrots, whoa, clementines, bananas. I got this
00:47:32like healthy cereal, whole healthy cereal. It's like some multi-grain Cheerio. I think the oatmeal
00:47:38actually that I was eating was making me sick. I don't want no more of that. I got some fat-free milk,
00:47:44some organic creamy peanut butter, some rice cakes, some organic 35 calorie popcorn,
00:47:51some typical stuff. I got some more chicken breasts, some more veggie pasta. I just totally
00:47:56forgot to film in there because I was brushing. So I'm sorry about that you guys. I'm just so cold.
00:48:00I want to get warm. I'm turning up my seat till five. I wish I could go higher, but it can't.
00:48:06I also wanted to say I'm gonna be weighing myself tomorrow and I will see you tomorrow. We are on our
00:48:11way to the gym right now. I did weigh myself, but I'm gonna wait until I get home to tell you guys how
00:48:16that went. I'm cold. It's freezing and I already forget what I weighed in today and stuff. So it's
00:48:22just easier for when I get home. Anyhow, I'll see you guys in a little bit right after my workout or

00:48:45three days later at 375.6. So I'm down 1.4. So that's a total weight loss of 44.4 pounds.
00:48:52So far in the last eight days, I am down 9.6 pounds. I am very happy. 9.6 pounds is amazing.
00:49:00I just feel better. I'm eating a lot healthier. I'm working out at the gym. I'm pushing myself.
00:49:04I'm drinking my water. I really feel determined this year. It's really exciting to feel this way.
00:49:09I'm gonna take you guys like so. It just feels really good to finally be on track and actually
00:49:13enjoy being on track. I can't even remember the last time I felt bliss and joy and just
00:49:19happiness from being on track and actually having fun while doing it. Like it just feels really good.

00:49:42wearing makeup today. Kind of scary, but that's okay. Panera Bread introduced a new family as they
00:49:47call it. They introduced this thing called the Broth Bowl and it's pretty cold outside. Today is
00:49:52definitely not one of the coldest days. We wanted to go try one. It's only 390 calories. It's jam-packed
00:49:56with protein because I'm getting the one with quinoa, lentils, brown rice. There's a hard-boiled egg on top.
00:50:01I'm just like so excited to try it. It is kind of high in the sodium actually. So I planned my other
00:50:06meals for today just to make sure I don't go over too high or too much. I mean, I tend to go over
00:50:11almost daily, but it's like I eat a lot of healthy foods, so I ain't worried about it too much. I used
00:50:16to eat like constant TV dinners and processed foods. I want to show you guys my scarf. It's white with
00:50:22black inkers. Isn't that the cutest thing ever? I'm just wearing it like the long version. I'm just wearing
00:50:27some blue earrings and a blue ring. I'm starving. This is our meal number three. Yay! Crystal's in line,
00:50:33gonna order and I'm over here waiting at the little pickup area. Look at Crystal's keychain.
00:50:40Her mom got it for her. It's like a little Lego penguin.
00:50:51So here it is. It comes in some gigantic bowl and it's like filled like one fourth of the way.
00:50:56It looks so good though. And Crystal got a soba noodle one with chicken. I'm so excited to try this.
00:51:04I need to Instagram this and then chow down. I don't really do lemons. I'm just gonna shake it off
00:51:11and put it to the side. I got a baguette of course. So the broth bowl quinoa stuff was literally delicious.
00:51:20It has to be one of my favorite things there. It might be my favorite. Dang, you're making fun of me.
00:51:25But it was. It was so delicious. I hope it's not just like a winter fall thing. I think it's winter now.
00:51:31Because if it goes away in the summer, I might cry. It was so good and I definitely recommend it
00:51:35and it's filling. I know I don't show you guys this all the time, but this was kitties for this weekend.

00:51:46all these books. I mean, there's piles and piles and piles. We already went through all of those.
00:51:53And those, what we're doing is reading the backs of them, making sure that we for sure, for sure,
00:51:57want to read these books. And if we don't, we put them in a pile on the floor and we give them to
00:52:02Goodwill. Do not mind this Olaf blanket and this curtain right here. From here, it literally looks
00:52:07like I just have clothes thrown around. It's really late. It's the end of the night. I'm gonna end my

00:52:15Good morning, everybody. Don't mind my acne. It happens at this time of the month. Crystal and I
00:52:20can't go to the gym today. It's the first day that we missed because it is icy rain and Crystal's never
00:52:24driven in the ice before or like in the snow or anything or hail. She's only driven in like the
00:52:30sun and the rain. Normal stuff. We're kind of just living on the safe side today. We don't feel like
00:52:35being risky. Plus, I'm not feeling good because my period, TMI, I know. That's okay. We're all friends
00:52:40here. We all get along and love each other. Every day I'm rocking that crazy hair. Wiggle,
00:52:46wiggle, wiggle, yeah. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, yeah.
00:52:50So for my meal number two and what I mean by meal number two is I eat just six small portions a day,
00:52:57whether they're actual meals or snacks. I'm gonna have some of these tiny twist pretzels,
00:53:01some baby cut carrots, and this delicious, literally the best hummus ever, roasted red
00:53:07pepper hummus. Tada! I'm gonna open my hummus. So good.
00:53:13I also dip my pretzels in there.
00:53:30The regular hummus is just as good, but I don't know. Maybe not. I think I like this one better.
00:53:35So I'm in the middle of the movie and it's meal number three time, so I'm using my Vajetti.
00:53:53I'm gonna do all three of these zucchinis. They're gigantic ones this time. So this is how much
00:53:58pasta it made. In case you guys don't want actual pasta, I do eat pasta, but I just wanted my zucchini
00:54:04like this. The Vajetti slash Vaghetti. It's actually called Vaghetti, but I call it Vajetti. I don't
00:54:08know why. It works really well. It's a good arm workout. Look how funny these look after you pull
00:54:13them out. These ones were really thick, so once I got to the fatter part, I couldn't use it anymore.
00:54:18I'm gonna go put this on the stove. I'm putting it with some chickpeas. All I did was warm them up
00:54:24on the stove. Put lots of black pepper because that's how I like it. So I'm gonna cook this up. I'm
00:54:30going to put some basil pesto with it to give it some more flavor. I'm literally obsessed with pesto.
00:54:37It's so delicious. So as this cooks, it starts to cook down. Crystal and I will probably just eat
00:54:44half of this and then I'm gonna save the other half. For some more protein, I have some lean
00:54:50Jenny O turkey burgers cooking in my George Foreman, which I am obsessed with. Just cooking away.
00:54:55All their fat is draining into this little guy right here. So meal three is complete. I know
00:55:04that doesn't look like, oh, that's the best thing I've ever seen, but it literally tastes delicious.
00:55:11Crystal and I are ready to chow down. Got some dishes to do. Always, always, always let this cool
00:55:17down before you even dare to touch it because it stays hot for a little bit. So I usually leave it open
00:55:22and let it cool down before we wash it. Yum. Look at Crystal's PJ pants with these like
00:55:28hearts and penguins and a pink thingy majigger. Oh yeah. Okay. Look how cute they are. I wish I

00:55:47Good morning, everybody. So I just woke up. We didn't set an alarm today. So we woke up about
00:55:52three hours. Yeah, three hours later than we normally would. Crystal is getting sick. I think
00:55:59she's getting like a cold. She says she has like a small cough and her throat is irritating her. I was
00:56:03like, you know, I need a rest. No alarm for today. We're not going to go to the gym because I don't
00:56:08think anybody should go to the gym when they're sick. I don't even want Crystal driving me to the gym
00:56:12because it's super, super cold outside. She just needs to be in a warm house. We need to
00:56:17find her some medicine because I'm pretty sure we have some cold medicine somewhere in the house.

01:00:30the gym every single day. So I have to figure out something within the house that I can do. I
01:00:34actually have quite a few DVDs I can do. So I might just do like a DVD of walk away at the pounds or

01:01:38books. Crystal and I are going through all these books. I mean, there's piles and piles and piles.
01:01:44We read every single one of them, like the back of them to see if we actually wanted them and got
01:01:48rid of the ones that we didn't think we'd read. So quite a few. 1, 2, 3, 4, 2, 3, 4, 24. We get rid of books
01:01:55a lot and we give them to Goodwill. Don't get me wrong. Crystal and I do a lot of reading and we
01:02:00plan on reading all these books. I read quite fast, but somehow Crystal reads faster than me.
01:02:05I've never met such a person before. For Christmas, when Crystal and I exchanged gifts,
01:02:09I found this and Spencer is what I love about Crystal by Amberlynn. Obviously, I wrote that in.
01:02:15I thought it would be perfect and I sat there before I wrapped it and wrote on every single page.

01:03:01to order Chinese food and I mean Crystal and I love us some Chinese food. We were very tempted on saying
01:03:08yes. We have a lot of triggers running through our body right now, but we said no. I'm actually very
01:03:14proud of myself. It was mainly Crystal who wanted to say no. I feel like I could eat in moderation,
01:03:20but Crystal like knows how she feels right now and she feels like if she had Chinese in front of her
01:03:24face, then she'd eat too much. So I'm proud of her for, you know, sticking to her gun. I know
01:03:28sometimes it could be so hard, you guys. It's just a fact of life. When you're on a weight loss journey,
01:03:33it can be rough. There are so many challenges ahead of you and it's just insane. Don't get me wrong.
01:03:39Like you can have your Chinese food, you can eat out. You just gotta do it in moderation. I have said
01:03:43before I'm the queen of moderation. I do want you guys to know that I'm the queen of like
01:03:48moderation. I am the queen of moderation, correct? People have quoted me on that. Yeah, and I'm the
01:03:53queen of moderation. You know, I'm the queen of moderation. And make sure you're in the right
01:03:57mind frame. So I feel like what we did was actually very like a very good thing. So I just got done with my
01:04:03meal number... I get so confused sometimes. Meal number four. Crystal's mom made meatless orange
01:04:10chicken, brown rice with some broccoli and carrots. It was super, super delicious. I have two more meals
01:04:16for the night and today it's going perfectly. As per usual, what can I say? I'm just so awesome. So I
01:04:21think tomorrow, Chris and I are going to go to Panera Bread yet again. And yet again, I'm having the
01:04:27broth bowl. It is literally the best thing. So delicious. You guys need to try such a thing, honestly.
01:04:32I'm doing a lot of reading because there are so many books over there that I need to
01:04:36engulf my mind in. So as you... Wait. I'll edit it out. I'll edit it out. Walk by.
01:04:46As you guys know, I eat six meals a day and I kind of wanted to talk to you just a little bit about
01:04:51how it's helping me, if it's helping me and stuff like that. I really think it's a good idea to space
01:04:56your meals out every two to three hours and eat six small meals a day. It has been helping me
01:05:01such a big amount because as you guys know, I'm an emotional eater. I'm addicted to food.
01:05:06I binge eat. I turn to food for everything. Happiness, joy. Just I'll eat my small meal and
01:05:12then instead of wanting to overeat, I just know that I'm going to eat again in two to three hours.
01:05:16And it just really helps. It makes your metabolism go a lot faster, which causes you to lose weight
01:05:22quicker. I never feel low on energy. In the past, when I have dieted, I only eat like three meals a day.
01:05:28They'd be so spaced out that I would just be like dragging. I was very low in energy. Wasn't cute.
01:05:34I really recommend it. There is honestly so many benefits to this. I can't think of a single thing
01:05:40that's like a negative. If you like go to work or you go to school, you can always like carry protein
01:05:44bars or like healthy crackers, anything like that. Like you can carry an apple, banana. There's ways around
01:05:51it. I definitely recommend it. It has been helping me so much. Never, ever, ever, ever feel the need to
01:05:57overeat. I feel like a million bucks now. What? Tell me again?

01:06:53everybody. I'm not having the greatest of mornings today. Crystal's cough is getting so much worse

01:07:04if something is happening with your health, you need to see a doctor. You never know what it could
01:07:08be. You guys know that she has esophagus, a little tiny smidgen of Barrett's, and the fact that she is
01:07:14coughing just makes me think the worst. And I just, I don't even want to go there right now.
01:07:19So she's in the other room. She's making an appointment with a throat doctor because I feel
01:07:23like that's just the best way to go. We don't know if she has a cold. We don't know what it is
01:07:26because when you have like a head cold, you feel it in your head. You feel it in your nose and she
01:07:31doesn't feel any of that. So it just, it makes me worried and I always think the worst I shouldn't.
01:07:36So I weighed myself today. Here's the picture.
01:07:38So that means from your guys' point of view, I'm only down 0.6, but little do you know,
01:07:46my period decided to go in swing force or something. I don't know what happened. I don't know if I was
01:07:52lack of water or what, but I actually stepped on the scale. I want to say about three, four days ago
01:07:57and I gained like four pounds. I was like, huh? I didn't mess up. I was still doing my portions.
01:08:04I was so confused. I was like four pounds. How did this even happen? Instead of letting it get
01:08:08me down, which it didn't, I was just like, you know what? That's okay. It's going to come off
01:08:12eventually. I have like a completely different mind frame this year than I ever have. So it's just,
01:08:17it feels really good. So I waited and I was like, okay, I'm going to wait to weigh myself until I
01:08:22feel better. So I can explain to YouTube what happened. I weighed myself today and I'm actually
01:08:26down weight. In the last four days, I'm actually down 4.8 or something like that. You guys see that
01:08:31I'm down like 0.6.8. I'm happy with that. I am a big girl. So I will have quite the fluctuation.

01:11:27seconds ago. For where we live, the winter starts to get really bad when it becomes like February
01:11:34and March. Because I remember last year in March. Was it last year or two years ago? I mean, we got so
01:11:39much snow, it was literally shocking. It was funny. Last year, Crystal's dad tried to go to work because
01:11:44he's a really dedicated man, I must say. He tried to go to work in snow that was like a foot deep and he
01:11:51tried driving his truck and I was taking Monkey to go to the bathroom and it was like 3 a.m. And all of a sudden,
01:11:56I see him down the road and he couldn't even move and I'm just like, why did he try to go to work?
01:12:01Like he was stuck there. It was just, but yeah, that's when it starts to get really cold. Oh god.

01:16:32Here is my delicious soba bowl from Panera. It is so good. It comes with brown rice,
01:16:36lentils, and quinoa. Boiled egg on top. It's only 390 calories and it's so delicious.

01:16:46Crystal and I are at this frozen yogurt place called Crave. I'm not showing you. I'm showing
01:16:52the ceiling. And I wanted to show you guys a ceiling. It's so cool. I know.
01:16:57Over there, there's like these green chairs that look like they're from like the alien's house.
01:17:02And then there's like this table, like this big table that's like touch screen right there.
01:17:07This place reminds me of literally the future. It is so crazy.
01:17:11On the back of their yogurt containers, it shows reasons yogurt is a top health food.
01:17:15I think some of them are really interesting to read. This place is actually really good
01:17:19and it's legit frozen yogurt. It's not like fake ice cream.

01:17:58the queen of moderation, correct. Because I used to just be a crazy overeater like every single day of my
