00:00We're here at Wellness House speaking to our participants on how they take care of themselves
00:05for Take Care Assist. Let's get into it.
00:13How do you take care of yourself?
00:15Oh, that's a good question. I create boundaries. I say yes when I want to and I say no when I don't want to.
00:21I think it's really important to learn yourself and learn when enough is enough
00:25and really take the time to put that away and put yourself first
00:28and kind of take a breather and, you know, think about some things that really makes you happy and kind of engage in it.
00:33How do you practice self-care?
00:34Number one, you have to stay hydrated and make certain that you're getting enough rest.
00:40And you should really have a self-care routine.
00:43Anything associated with how you care for yourself with your health needs to become a habit.
00:48How are you practicing self-care daily?
00:50My physical activity, working out, also eating healthy.
00:53So that's the biggest thing is watching what we eat and everything in moderation.
00:57Having some time to meditate and just really reflect.
00:59Well, you just got some really dope tips on how to practice self-care at home, in between work, and every day.
01:06Thanks so much for tuning in to Wellness House for our Take Care Assist self-care series.
01:11See ya!
