00:00Sleep is so important. Exercise is so important for me. It just makes everything better. And it's harder to do now, but it is so important. And taking time to, you know, for me, a big part of staying well has been expressing gratitude or recognizing all the blessings that I have in my life, writing down all the things that I'm grateful for.
00:26I have so much to be grateful for with a partner who is, you know, I can work side by side with on social justice issues, my young people. I have a lot of love in my life. I, you know, this is really tough, really, really tough. But we all have some blessings in our life. And I encourage people to write them down. It really helps them just write it down every day.
00:53Write down what you're thinking about that you're grateful for. You know, there are many other things I could tell you that I use. It depends on the day. You know, some days music and just dancing around by myself, just doing it is a great, you know, it just depends on how I'm feeling. But there are many tools.
01:19Well, now I have to ask, what's your go to your go to song that, you know, kind of gets you always get you uplifted?
01:28Oh, you know, I don't have one that one song. You know, I like the old songs, the old R&B songs. But I also like Lizzo.

01:38Yeah, so I kind of alternate. Then I go back and forth on what works for me. Sometimes it's, you know, Luther, Luther Vandross. And other times it's Michael Jackson, or, you know, then, you know, then it's Kendrick Lamar.
