00:17Yeah, this was my very first film.
00:19So this whole experience, this whole award season,
00:21this is also my very first award season.
00:23So getting to be a part of something so magical,
00:26it's really been a dream come true.
00:28I think I can speak for a lot of young black girls when I say that Serena and
00:31Venus are icons and have done so much for our community.
00:34So being there and being able to help tell their story,
00:37something I know has been told so many different ways.
00:40And I know it hasn't always been the truth.
00:42Getting to be a part of that, it's been great for me.
00:45And your on-screen mom is getting honored.
00:48So how does it feel to be able to know that you're here to watch Angenue receive
00:53such an incredible award?
00:55And on top of that, now she is, you know, she is Oscar nominated.

00:59So what is it like seeing that success for her?
01:01You know, I'm so happy for her.
01:03She, yeah, she is my on-screen mom, but in many ways she is like an, you know,
01:07like an additional mom to the one I already have.
01:09So I'm very happy for her and I couldn't be any more excited.
