04:19the buffalo result so they really are close to an undefeated season do you agree no um i wouldn't

05:51a leader of men i wish that somebody would have asked tom after he did that very pointed remarks

06:42you know he's the greatest coach i ever had i would not have wanted to be coached by anybody else

08:06robert sala we've seen it with all these other you know recycled coaches ninkovich came in here the
08:11the other day and said basically i'd love to be uh you know a middle of the road average hedge coach
08:17because i'm gonna get recycled you're telling me if josh mcdaniels has drake may performing at the
08:24same level next year that his name isn't going to be thrown around for a potential job openings
08:30he's already been recycled yeah but it doesn't matter he's being but now he's on the label so
08:34they're gonna think like all right he's learned a lot and because you think about you say he's
08:39already been recycled right yeah guys get recycled not as soon as they get fired not three times

10:14that was probably him you know not understanding how to coach be too much like bill the vegas thing
10:20he didn't really want the quarterback i'm saying that these owners and they've proven it these
10:26owners have proven it that if a guy is hot and even though he's been recycled then greg you're
10:31right i haven't seen anybody who's been recycled three times but i've seen plenty of people that
10:35have been recycled twice if he is as hot as he is next year there will be teams that will be like
10:42hey josh probably he understands what he needs to do now but greg like or wiggy courtney anybody like
10:49if you're josh mcdaniels you have a chance to be historically great with with the patriots as an
10:54offensive coordinator where you're going to be if you win two super bowls you've been you will have
10:59won been a part of eight super bowl championships as a coach with the patriots you get to do it with
11:04brady and now you get to be drake mace guy your family loves it like i feel like the job that would
11:09be open and interested in josh mcdaniels is not a job you'd really want but i guess it depends what he
11:14wants remember we talked to brave uh vrabel and somebody asked a question about him and he said
11:20i miss being a head coach that's what i want to be i want to be a head coach and when he was in
11:25cleveland i wanted to be a head coach again so i don't know if josh mcdaniels is fine going you know
11:31what he's a young guy and if he's fine we're going you know and i'm going to be an offensive
11:34coordinator for the next 10 years i'm cool with that i got no issues but if he has the passion to be
11:40like i don't want people to remember me as a bad head coach when i know i can do things differently
11:47the difference with mike vrabel is that he hadn't failed miserably in his two prior attempts that's
11:54the difference no no i'm not saying that so i i just don't everybody that's available i don't think
12:00that that they're gonna look at him and go all right uh you know third the third time's a charm
12:07when it comes to josh mcdaniels and if josh mcdaniels wins another super bowl nobody's looking
12:11at him as in his career as a whole and saying he was a terrible head coach they're looking at him as
12:16he was this unbelievable offensive coordinator like that's going to be his legacy i don't i'm not saying
12:21that it's that's not going to be his legacy but they're going to be you know what could hurt his
12:24legacy going to be a head coach again no no time and failing again right but it's about what that
12:29person he's always going to have that that stain on his resume of him being a field head coach
12:35even though he might be a great offensive coordinator charlie weiss was a great offensive
12:39coordinator but we remember him being a a field head coach at notre dame and i believe kansas was
12:44the other place like those are those are stains on your resume and i'm not saying and maybe josh
12:50mcdaniels is cool with that all i'm saying is if he if drake may and the offense performs the way
12:56that they perform this year next year his name is going to be thrown around there the same way mike
13:00mcdaniels name was being thrown around uh to be a head coach right second though not third
13:05no no i understand that and i and i agree with that but i'm saying there are guys who have
13:09failed miserably and we've seen but also like mike mcdaniel made the playoffs two years josh mcdaniels
13:15hasn't even sniffed the playoffs no i get that point of it i get that you you're missing the point i
13:20gotta how many times i gotta reiterate that oh my point just because he's saying it doesn't make sense

13:31playoffs the fan yeah i understand that but i'm saying when you are was that a greg or a shine
13:36what about robert salah did he make the playoffs no no so okay did he get another chance yeah yes

13:48within a year being fired by the jets you did i thought i thought robert salah was actually a
13:53pretty good coach and was ruined by the fact his quarterback was zach wilson and then they brought
13:56an aaron rogers aaron rogers and and and rogers and i think the nfl feels similarly aaron rogers
14:02discombobulated the whole situation was working against him all right and his wife needed tickets
