00:00Here's the situation. Nobody wants a job, but unlike a lot of people that just like to, you know, point out, you know, people's problems would be all negative.
00:07They don't have solutions. I come with a solution. Okay. I'm going to tell you that nobody wants a job. That's very clear right now.
00:13Clear. And they're going to wind up settling, unless they listen to the show and take my advice,
00:18they're going to wind up settling for a guy that, you know, may have a decent track record as a coordinator or position coach somewhere.
00:25They might settle for, you know, the, you know, same old, same old, like Mike McCarthy doesn't get, you know, the, you know, one of the jobs that's still available.
00:33Apparently Steelers are high on, for example, because they want to keep Aaron Rodgers.
00:37We'll get to that in a second. But like, so I'm using a guy like Mike McCarthy.
00:40Obviously guy won a Superbowl. He's been very successful. Took the Cowboys to the playoffs.
00:45You know, one, one playoff game in five, four years there, whatever it was.
00:48So maybe no one else wants him. You go with Mike McCarthy. At least he's a credible guy.
00:53I would like that higher for them. Sure.
00:55I'm with you on that. But right now it's like getting embarrassing.
00:59Everybody keeps saying no. And part of the story is they're saying no to Shadour Sanders.
01:03They don't want any part of Shadour Sanders. So I've got a solution.
01:07And it's an obvious solution. Why not go get a failed college coach to go from college to the pros
01:14since he can't win in college and the bloom is off the rose a little bit.
01:19Why not just do the obvious? Why not just say, Hey, Dion Sanders,
01:23will you leave Colorado and come be the head coach of the Cleveland Browns?
01:28Maybe you want to coach Shadour Sanders. Now, I don't know how often they talk.
01:32I don't know what the relationship is since Shadour went pro, but it is the man's father.
01:36And if it has not worked out in Colorado, we all know that. And Colorado doesn't seem committed to spend $20 to $30 million a year on NIL.
01:46They're not.
01:46They've got a $26 million deficit. Now, part of that, to be fair, is Dion's salary, as it was reported.
01:52But that's not Dion's fault. So they haven't won. Last year was a terrible year in Colorado.
01:58So maybe Colorado's like, you know, the juice ain't worth the squeeze anymore with Dion.
02:03And I think they're wrong, because I think Dion's great for these young men in a lot of ways.
02:07But he's not proven to be a great college coach. Well, maybe the problem is he's coaching kids.
02:11I don't know. But nobody wants the Cleveland job.
02:15So rather than either go for an inexperienced guy that Browns fans are going to be like, come on, man, we deserve better than that.
02:21Rather than go with, you know, the same old, same old, because Browns fans are going to say, we deserve better than that.
02:27Just call up the man's father. Call him up.
02:31Just call Dion up and say, look, Dion, would you leave Colorado and be the Browns head coach?
02:37By the way, he might say no. And then that'd be a wrap.
02:40Yeah, the Cleveland Browns have to move to Baltimore again, and then they're done with football.
02:44But I think the obvious call that they have to make is to Dion Sanders, no?
