00:00The only good thing about January is my birthday at the end of January.
00:03But apart from that, it's dire, it's dark, it's cold and it's wet.
00:07So having a birthday cheers you up a bit?
00:10Yes, well, the older you get it don't, but yeah, I suppose it does, yeah.
00:14And what are you doing for your birthday this year?
00:16Er, going for something sweet, won't we?
00:19I don't believe in the January blues.
00:22I believe that it's your mindset and I believe that if you're positive,
00:26you go in with a positive month ahead, that it should be that January isn't blue,
00:31it's the time to reset your year, what you're going to accomplish,
00:34what your objectives are and what your goal is.
00:36It shouldn't be about, oh my God, it's the end of the year, it's that blue time.
00:40No, it's not. It's yellow, we're going in happy
00:43and we're going in with that thought process of this is my year.
00:47You just have to, don't you? You don't have a lot of choice.
00:51You just, day to day, just go out for a coffee every day,
00:53go out for a walk every day.
00:55You know, if you're sitting and feel sorry for yourself, that's no good, is it?
00:58You've got to get out.
