00:00A lot of the time like the clocks won't matter like our body will react to the
00:04light around us that's what will release the hormones in our body like it's
00:09there are social cues that could help wake us up. It's always been there and I
00:13think you know yes in the winter you feel it because it's dark but in the
00:17summer hey we've got those long evenings that when you get a good summer you know
00:20you really make the most of them so I wouldn't change it personally. So I
00:24think it's just a telltale for people like winter's year for a few months and
00:27roll on the end of January when it gets like the nights and then hit March and
00:31then they go forward again really but yeah yeah it's yeah winter time. I don't
00:38think the clocks going back would change anything it's everyone everyone's got to
00:43do it especially like school children as well when you wake up and go get on the
00:46bus it's like pitch dark outside and it's freezing I feel like it's just that
00:51winter time it's a seasonal depression isn't it like it I don't think the
00:55clocks per se will have much effect on it but I've not done a study on it yet so.
