00:00Mia Davies, I'm the Corporate Director and Business Development Director for Procon
00:04Developments Australia and we're standing in front of the Avon West Logistics and
00:10Enterprise Precinct here in the Shire of Northam located on the Great Eastern
00:14Highway. It's a 62 hectare site and it's going to be the home of some businesses
00:21that we hope will see the advantages of the completely off-grid renewable energy
00:26that we will be embedding into the the Precinct. It will bring logistics,
00:30transport companies and jobs for the region. We're really excited. Bulk
00:35Earthworks started back in May and anybody that's been driving up the highway or
00:39through Northern will have seen us busily working trying to flatten out this hill.
00:44We're hoping that the civil works will be completed on track by the end of
00:49December 2026 and we'll be tenant ready. We're working with potential tenants right
00:54now and we welcome anyone that sees their sees their new home here in Northam.
01:00We've got a great workforce on our doorstep and huge opportunity for the
