After a record-breaking December in Juneau, Alaska, melting snow and rain are adding even more dangerous weight to roofs and boats as people struggle to dig out.

01:07danger in Juneau is not over.
01:09Officials are urging residents
01:11to clear roofs and storm
01:12drains as quickly as possible.
