An incident of alleged desecration at Lucknow’s historically and religiously significant Bada Imambara has sparked widespread outrage after a video surfaced showing a man urinating at the site. Taking the matter seriously, the Hussainabad Trust and its affiliated bodies have lodged an FIR against an unknown person at Chowk police station.

According to the complaint, a viral video shows a man urinating on the roof area of the Bada Imambara’s maze. Assistant Office Superintendent of the Trust, Habibul Hasan, filed the complaint, stating that the act was a clear violation of the sanctity and dignity of the religious monument.
