00:00Interior light not working in your Ninja Double Oven? Fix it fast.

00:04A dark oven window makes it hard to check food.

00:06Here's what you can safely do before calling support.

00:09Step 1. Make sure the light is on.

00:11Press the light button on the control panel.

00:13The bulb only turns on when the oven is powered,

00:15and it shuts off automatically after a short period.

00:18Step 2. Confirm the oven has power.

00:20If the whole control panel is dark, check the wall outlet and circuit first.

00:24If other functions work normally but the light never turns on,

00:27continue with the next step.

00:28Step 3. Clean the lens.

00:30Grease or splatter on the lens can make the bulb look dim or dead.

00:33Wipe the cover with a soft microfiber cloth.
