00:00Is your Ninja Creamy refusing to power on? No lights? No sound? Just a dead machine?
00:07Here's what to check before you assume it's broken.
00:09Step 1. Make sure it's plugged directly into the wall.
00:12Don't use extension cords or power strips. Plug the machine into a working wall outlet to ensure full voltage.
00:19Step 2. Check the outlet with another device.
00:22Test the outlet by plugging in a phone charger or appliance.
00:25If it's not working, reset the circuit breaker or try a different outlet.
00:28Step 3. Confirm the lid and pint are correctly installed.
00:33The Creamy won't turn on unless everything is locked into place.
00:37Pint must be fully seated in the outer bowl.
00:39Lid must be twisted on until it clicks.
00:42Bowl must be locked into the base.
00:44If any part isn't aligned, the unit will stay off for safety.
00:48Step 4. Look for stuck buttons or blocked sensors.
00:51Wipe down the control panel and inspect for any stuck debris near the buttons or latch sensors.
00:56Even small blockages can prevent startup.
00:58Step 5. Unplug for 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
01:03This resets the internal circuit in case of a glitch or power interruption.
01:07Still nothing?
01:09It could be a faulty safety switch or power issue.
