00:00Ninja double oven showing an error code from ER0 to ER6?
00:04Fix it fast!
00:05Ninja doesn't publish exactly what these codes mean,
00:08they only advise turning the oven off and contacting support.
00:11But before you make that call,
00:12here are a few safe checks that can sometimes clear the issue.
00:16Step 1. Do a full power reset.
00:18Unplug the oven for 2 minutes.
00:20While unplugged, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to discharge.
00:24Plug directly back into a wall outlet and press power.
00:27Step 2. Check your outlet and circuit.
00:30Make sure the oven is plugged straight into a wall outlet,
00:33not a power strip or extension cord.
00:35This oven draws about 1,800 watts,
00:37so it needs a dedicated 15-ampere circuit.
00:40Step 3. Rule out overheating.
00:42If the oven has been running for a long time or sits too close to a wall,
00:46it can overheat and throw an error.
00:48Pull it forward with at least 1 inch of space on all sides
00:51and let it cool fully before restarting.
00:54Step 4. Inspect the cord and plug.
00:56Look for scorch marks, cracks, or looseness where the plug meets the cord.
01:01Stop using the oven if you see any damage.
01:04Step 5. Try a different outlet.
01:06Move to another grounded outlet on a separate circuit
01:09to confirm the error isn't coming from your kitchen wiring.
01:12If these steps didn't stop the errors appearing,
01:14now it's time to reach out to Ninja Support.
