00:00Is the install light on your Ninja Creamy blinking and the machine won't start?
00:05This doesn't mean something's broken, it means something isn't fully locked in place.
00:09Here's how to fix it fast.
00:11Step 1.
00:12Make sure the pint is fully seated in the outer bowl.
00:15The pinch should sit flat, not tilted or crooked.
00:18If it's not positioned right, the lid won't align and the machine won't detect it.
00:23Step 2.
00:24Check the lid installation.
00:25Line up the arrows and twist until it clicks into place.
00:29If the lid isn't fully locked, the install light will keep blinking.
00:33Step 3.
00:34Lock the bowl into the base firmly.
00:36Slide the outer bowl into the machine and rotate the handle down until it clicks.
00:41This locks the safety interlock and tells the motor it's safe to run.
00:45Step 4.
00:46Don't press any buttons until everything is secure.
00:49If you hit a mode button too early, the install light may blink as a warning.
00:53Wait until all components are locked before pressing anything.
00:56Step 5.
00:57Wipe the sensor area if problems continue.
01:00Occasionally, debris or condensation can block the safety sensor inside the lid or bowl mount.
01:06Wipe both with a dry cloth and try again.
01:09Still blinking after all that?
01:10It could be a misaligned safety switch or defective part.
