00:00Buttons on your Ninja Woodfire Oven unresponsive or frozen?
00:03Fix it fast.
00:05If the control panel won't respond, it usually just needs a safe reset.
00:09Here's how to bring it back to life.
00:10Step 1. Unplug and wait.
00:13Remove the plug from the outlet and leave it for at least 2 minutes.
00:16This fully drains the electronics and clears minor glitches.
00:19Step 2. Reset the safety plug.
00:22Your oven's cord has a built-in RCD safety plug.
00:24Press the test button once.
00:26The orange light should go out.
00:27Then press Reset until it glows orange again.
00:31This confirms power is ready.
00:32Step 3. Plug into a wall outlet.
00:35Only avoid extension cords or power strips for this test.
00:38Plug directly into a grounded wall outlet to make sure the oven gets steady power.
00:42Step 4. Try the dial and buttons again.
00:45Turn the main dial off the off position and press any function button.
00:48If the display lights and responds, the reset worked.
00:51Step 5. Inspect for damage.
00:53If buttons still don't work, check the control panel for cracks, stuck food, or moisture.
00:59Wipe with a soft cloth only.
01:01Never spray water directly.
01:03I've linked the microfiber cloth I use below.
01:05It's safe for screens and electronics.
01:07Buttons that remain unresponsive after these steps point to an internal fault.
