Steam or water dripping from your Ninja Double Oven (DCT451)? A little steam is normal, but pooling water points to vent or seal issues. This guide shows how to tell the difference, keep vents clear, clean the door seal, and dry the oven after heavy cooks.

00:00Steam or water dripping from the door of your Ninja Double Oven?
00:03Fix it fast.
00:04Some steam is perfectly normal, but constant water pooling means it's time to check a few things.
00:09Step 1. Know what's normal.
00:11Cooking high-moisture foods, like frozen vegetables, casseroles, or roasts, releases steam.
00:16A little fog on the glass or a trace of condensation at the door edge is expected.
00:21Step 2. Watch for pooling.
00:23If you see water dripping down the door or puddling underneath,
00:26and it happens often, it usually means steam is escaping where it shouldn't,
00:29instead of venting out normally.
00:31Step 3. Keep vents and crumb tray clear.
00:33Make sure the crumb tray is seated in its slot, not on a rack.
00:37Don't cover the vents or tray with foil.
00:39Blocked airflow forces steam to escape at the door seal.
00:43Step 4. Check door seal and hinge area.
00:46Open the oven and inspect the silicone-lined edge where the door meets the body.
00:49Wipe away grease or crumbs with a soft microfiber cloth.
00:52I've linked the one I use in the description.
00:54Buildup here keeps the seal from sitting flush.
00:57Step 5. Dry after heavy steam cooks.
01:00Once the oven is fully cool, wipe the inside of the door and the frame after wet or saucy meals.
01:05This prevents residue from breaking down the seal over time.
01:08If your oven is still leaking water at the door after these checks,
01:11contact Ninja's support using the link in the description before your next cook.
01:16If this helped you stop water where it shouldn't be,
01:18subscribe to No Filler Fixes for more fast appliance help.
01:21And if you need a microfiber cloth for safe wipe downs, I've linked the one I use below.
01:26Lint-free, non-abrasive, and perfect for keeping the seal clean.
01:30Thanks for watching and keep the steam in the oven, not on your counter.
