00:00Top 5 Ninja Double Oven Problems and How to Fix Them Fast
00:03If you own this oven, chances are you'll run into at least one of these.
00:07Let's cut straight to the fixes.
00:09Problem 1.
00:10Oven won't turn on.
00:11First, confirm the outlet is live and the plug is fully seated.
00:15Don't use power strips or extension cords.
00:17The oven needs a dedicated wall outlet.
00:19If the control panel stays dark, unplug for 2 minutes, then plug back in and press power.
00:25If it still won't start, move to a new outlet on a separate circuit.
00:29Problem 2.
00:30Stuck on Preheat The oven won't leave preheat unless the door
00:33is fully latched, the crumb tray is in its slot, and racks aren't blocking sensors.
00:39Remove foil from vents or trays and give it time.
00:42Three to seven minutes is normal, longer at max heat.
00:45If the oven is heating but the display still says preheat, that's normal until the temperature
00:50stabilizes.
00:51Problem 3.
00:52Fan Noise or Not Spinning Some hum or whirr is normal, but rattling
00:56means airflow is blocked or accessories are loose.
00:59Pull the oven an inch from the wall and check the crumb tray is flat.
01:03If the fan is completely silent on fan-driven modes like air fry or convection bake, unplug
01:08and call support.
01:09That points to a fault.
01:11Problem 4.
01:12Featuring Feat
01:13Always put the sheet pan on the wire rack, never directly on the elements.
01:17Space food evenly and leave one inch of clearance around the oven.
01:21For crispier, more balanced results, lift food on a roast tray.
01:26I've linked the one I use in the description.
01:28Problem 5.
01:29Smoke During Cooking Trim excess fat, spray on only a light coat
01:33of high smoke point oil and never cover the crumb tray with foil.
01:37After cooling, pull and wash the crumb tray and wipe the door lip and walls with a soft
01:42microfiber cloth.
01:43If your oven still has problems after these checks, contact Ninja Support using the link
01:48in the description.
