00:00let's say the pga tour is like man this is an opportunity that we cannot pass up and we want
00:06to get brooks kapka playing in 2026 i know that we've talked about having suspensions but
00:10technically he's a guy that still has status what would have to happen for brooks kapka
00:15to play in 26 is it a massive fine is it not being eligible for the equity side of pga tour
00:23enterprises the for-profit where all the players have equity in would any player that comes back
00:29from live would this be the precedent that said it's like okay if you come back uh that's fine
00:33but also you're not you're not getting any piece of the pie here in the equity maybe it's that but i
00:39also think that there's been a couple rulings from this side that i i'm interested in to see how
00:44they're going to navigate because guy like hudson swafford apparently got like a two-year show cause
00:49and all this couldn't play uh wesley bryan you know he's got like a year suspension allegedly
00:55and well he didn't even play in an event he played a youtube deal in duels you know like
01:00yeah and so i just don't see how they're going how are they going to be able to finagle this where
01:06they're not going to get sued right back by you know whether it's wesley or hudson on on what
01:11their ruling was so if they've already set the precedent that it's a year suspension then they
01:17probably have to keep it there i think a lot of fans would say this is your opportunity to put your
01:21foot down and say that you know we're the uh premiere tour we can make the decision this is
01:25the perfect time to do that well there's the there's some legality stuff here and i also don't
01:30think that it's it's fair to the membership i don't think it's fair to the players to to let brooks
01:35come walton right back in
