00:00Look how you're in the middle of your feet.
00:02Your feet look on the ground, sorry.
00:04Feet look on the ground, but your hips are separating from your upper body.
00:08See how your hips are more rotated open than your upper body is?
00:13Yeah.
00:13That's great for you because the high-yahs come when everything,
00:17there's no separation and you're leaned over there,
00:20and then you have to back out.
00:22Look at that.
00:24Looks really good. That's as good as ever.
00:27And so look, your left wrist is flat.
00:30It's turned down so that the face is square.
00:33And look at all the space.
00:35Yeah, that face is just kind of matched way more up with mud.
00:39And I just need to keep going.
00:41Keep going with it.
00:42Yeah, keep going, right?
00:44And say, look, I'm going to give you something similar.
00:48So I think it's good if you've got stuff to go do at home.
00:50You're good about doing this stuff.
00:52So you've got the drill for going back.
00:56You did this going through.
00:57Rotate over that stain, and your posture was just sliding this back.
01:03So that makes you see that pressure over there.
01:07That's the Scotty Shepard thing right there, right?
01:09Look, you should read the pivot pack.
01:12You get it on Amazon.
01:13And done.
01:14All right.
01:15So I know we're going to be balanced here.
01:17We're going to go through.
01:22Slide.
01:23And then do that again.
01:24And then as you do that, let it post.
01:31Feel that?
01:31And then you learn to hold it.
01:37And now, look, if you're wobbling or you're having a hard time holding yourself over there,
01:41that's Colby's job, right?
01:42That's getting more.
01:43I think I just get to end of range.
01:45Yeah.
01:45And so you've got to do some more stuff with him in the gym that develops a little more
01:49mobility in there.
01:50And also, I mean, look, you just flew from Mexico like so.
01:55You know I got in the gym this morning.
01:56Oh, I'm going to get back to your spot there.
01:59Can I crank a couple seven irons?
02:00Yes, you can do whatever you want.
02:02All right.
02:03You know how quickly I want to get away from drills, but I always like to see how it feels
02:09here.
02:09And then I want to hit some off the turf.
02:11Perfect.
02:12Because that's when you really can tell.
02:14Pretty good.
02:21The smile at the face is so much better at the top, and it's shallowing out more coming
02:25down.
02:27I just feel really balanced on halfway back.
02:31I don't feel like I'm falling over.
02:32The hips feel like they're turning.
02:38That was good, bud.
02:41Yeah, I'm not really having to think a whole lot either, which is pretty good.
02:44I think what's been good for me, though, T, with the little amount of reps that I get
02:51to have these days, I still try to build in four or five times a week of being able
03:01to get in the gym to work on mobility to where when I get here, I can still do all the
03:07things that you want me to be able to do.
03:09I think a lot of us feel like you want to get to certain positions, but sometimes your
03:15body won't allow you to.
03:22I mean, that's just starting to feel like I can go at it.
03:24Yeah.
03:24Does it look like I have more speed?
03:25Yeah, because to me, you just look so much more wound with your upper body.
03:29I think one of the mistakes people make in trying to turn is they just kind of everything
03:34goes together off the ball and they twist.
03:37And you look at it on video and you're like, well, how did my hips turn in or whatever?
03:40But you're not loading against the ground.
