00:05Police have confirmed they've retrieved the body of a 67-year-old man from Victoria from the water
00:11and another 74-year-old man also from Victoria remains missing.
00:15The duo launched from Cape Jaffa, about 300km southeast of Adelaide, yesterday morning to retrieve some craypots.
00:23They were due back at lunchtime but by 4pm they still hadn't returned
00:27and their friend who helped them launch that morning raised the alarm.
00:31Emergency services commenced a search across land, sea and air.
00:35Police helicopter was present.
00:37Two planes flew over from WA from the Maritime Safety Authority to assist in the search.
00:43We had the SES, Police's Water Operations Unit and four local commercial fishermen also helping out in the search.
00:51We unfortunately heard the news that last night emergency services did retrieve the body
00:56of the 67-year-old man from the water and today at first light they recommenced the search for the 74-year-old man from Victoria.
01:04The officer in charge of the Limestone Coast says the men were in a 6.3-metre vessel with all the required safety equipment.
01:12He says he understands the two were experienced fishers who had been coming to the area for more than 40 years.
01:18That superintendent holds hopes that they'll still find the 74-year-old man alive.
