00:16around $200 billion of frozen Russian funds for projects in Ukraine.

00:29which is currently under Russian control. U.S. companies would also invest in Russian
00:34strategic sectors such as rare earth extraction and oil drilling in the Arctic while reopening
00:40Russian energy exports to Europe and beyond. Trump told reporters he exchanged strong words
00:45with European leaders on a call discussing his proposal to end the war. He also said Ukrainian
00:51President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has to be realistic about his country's position on a peace plan.
00:56The Trump administration was earlier reported to be pressuring Kyiv into agreeing to a rapid peace
01:02deal with Russia, with the U.S. The president set a Christmas deadline for an end to the fighting.
