00:00Cream get the money, dollar dollar bill y'all.
00:10Hey everybody, welcome back to Extra Large on Barstool Gold.
00:13This week's the holiday edition.
00:15When you're going to any kind of Christmas party,
00:17and people ask you what you should bring, you don't know.
00:20What I bring, I actually don't bring them to a lot of parties,
00:22I drop them off to close friends house.
00:24I bring my own homemade Irish cream,
00:27sort of like a Bailey's knockoff, but a little bit more booze in it.
00:31So everybody likes it, everyone who I drop it off.
00:33I know Willie gets a batch every year from me.
00:35I have an Italian friend who's really Italian, shaves twice a day.
00:38He has it in his Christmas Day coffee every morning,
00:42and it's so fucking simple to make.
00:44So you just package it up, do a couple of drops,
00:46a couple of pops when you visit some friends,
00:49and it's a lovely, lovely Christmas gift.
00:52The basis of it is Irish whiskey, chocolate syrup,
00:56sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, instant coffee,
01:01and then vanilla extract and almond extract.
01:04And it's one of those simple, just measure and dump type recipes.
01:08So it's a cup of Irish cream.
01:11One can, 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk.
01:15It's like thick, sweet, condensed milk.
01:19So it's just sweetened condensed milk.
01:21Sort of has the viscosity as if like Moby Dick ejaculated into a can.

01:29A little pun.
01:30So that's just one of the stickier things to get out.
01:32But again, everything just gets dumped into the blender.
01:35Then right in, we get a teaspoon vanilla extract,
01:42a half teaspoon of almond extract,
01:46teaspoon of instant coffee granules,
01:50and then three tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
01:54And then once you start making this on your own,
01:56you can tweak this however you want.
01:58If you like it more chocolatey, throw in more chocolate.
02:00I sometimes throw in a peppermint extract
02:03if I want to make it like a mint chocolatey type thing,
02:06which is good.
02:07Some people don't like the taste of almond at all.
02:09So you can leave out the almond extract.
02:11Some people thin it out a little bit.
02:13Instead of using all cream,
02:15they'll throw in a little bit of regular milk.
02:17You can do that.
02:18It's totally up to you.
02:19There is no wrong way to make this,
02:22and there are no real rules except for this.
02:25When you start to mix this thing up,
02:27you can't just dump in the Irish whiskey.
02:31The reason you can't just dump in the Irish whiskey
02:35is because the cream will break.
02:37The Irish whiskey will curdle the cream.
02:39So you've got to get this thing nice and mixed up,
02:41and then gradually add your Irish whiskey.
02:57All right, so that last step seems a little bit tedious, I know,
03:03but please don't just dump the Irish whiskey in there
03:06because it'll turn it from Irish cream into Irish cheese,
03:10and it's disgusting.
03:11You can't use it.
03:12And then once everything's mixed up, that's it.
03:14You're done.
03:15So if you get the cap off,
03:20it's as simple as finding any type of bottle or jar.
03:25You'll get a full mason jar out of every one of these recipes,
03:29and it's a case of just throwing on some sort of name tag
03:34like you would any gift,
03:36throwing one of those on,
03:38sending it off to the neighbor.
03:39You can drink it now.
03:40You can certainly try it now for flavoring,
03:42but it won't taste that good until it's in the fridge
03:44for about an hour.
03:46So I just so happened,
03:48some gas.
03:49I just so happened to have a batch that I made last night.
03:53Served cold, shake well.
03:55It's the only thing you need to do.
03:57It's served the best in a Barstool Sports rock glass,
04:01and even better in a Gentleman's Friday rock glass,
04:06which we're unable to keep here because they're so fucking sweet.
04:09You can find them at the Barstool store, though.
04:12And then there you have it.
04:14And it's homemade Irish cream.
04:16They're very similar to Bailey's, just a little bit.
04:19Like I said, I tweak it so mine's just a little bit more chocolatey,
04:22and mine's got a higher booze content.
04:24So you can go as high.
04:25I do about a cup of Bailey's to the ones I'm giving an ounce.
04:28Sometimes the one I make at home I do about a cup and a half of whiskey.
04:30A cup and a half of whiskey versus a cup.
04:32All depends on how much you like it, but it's absolutely perfect.
04:37And that's my little trick, and that's extra large.
