00:00We'll start right there with the SEC championship game.
00:02It's going to be a massive game.
00:03Currently right now, Coach Raven, maybe about a minus one and a half to minus twos,
00:07depending where you're shopping at, as a favorite towards Georgia,
00:09which is basically a coin flip.
00:11I need some information on this game about how close these two teams are,
00:14and, Coach, also the importance of can Alabama still make the college playoff
00:18if they lose this game today?
00:21Well, that's going to be a decision that's got to be made, I think,
00:23and it's not going to be an easy one.
00:25Because once you start leaving and having no team in the ACC,
00:28you know, if Duke were to win and all those kind of things,
00:31you would think they're going to be in,
00:33but they've got to do some crazy things to pick the right teams
00:37at the bottom part of the 12th.
00:39But getting back to this game, I'll tell you, Georgia,
00:41it's going to be important that Georgia stays close at the beginning.
00:45He's got to have those guys coming out of that locker room ready to play
00:48because Georgia has fallen behind twice against Alabama,
00:51and they're too good to spend the whole game catching up
00:55and hoping you're going to win it at the end.
00:57I think if Georgia will come out there and come out there
01:00and play a great first half, keep it close, don't have to be winning even.
01:04They'll pull away because of their strong running attack
01:06and they have a better defense,
01:08and I think Kirby Smart will make the better game time adjustments
01:12to win in the second half.
01:14Coach, it's back-to-back games in Mercedes-Benz Dome,
01:17and we know Georgia knows that Dome very well.
01:20Is there any benefit to that,
01:21knowing that they already played there last week against Georgia Tech?
01:25Yeah, the one big thing is illegal procedure, crowd noise.
01:30An indoor stadium gives you difficult crowd noise,
01:33and that usually affects the offensive linemen and snap count.
01:36You know, illegal procedure, jumping off sides,
01:38jumping off sides or backing up too soon,
01:41that's one they should be more comfortable with.
01:43It is an advantage to Georgia to have just played there.
01:46They will recognize the noise level,
01:48and those offensive lines should do a better job of being prepped for it,
01:52and it only takes three or four five-yard penalties
01:55on first or second down to stall a drive or two
01:58and cost you the game.
