00:00John Cena has closed the chapter on a pivotal part of his career.
00:04John Cena isn't looking to revisit his Thuganomics era anytime soon.
00:08During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live,
00:11Cena talked about his rap album, You Can't See Me,
00:14which will have its 21st anniversary in May 2026.
00:18When he plans to return to his rapper persona,
00:21Cena said, no way, no way, that chapter is closed.
00:25Just like we're closing the WWE chapter on the 13th,
00:28the hip-hop chapter is closed.
00:30When asked if he still listens to the Platinum Certified Rap Album,
00:34the former undisputed WWE Champion responded,
00:38I do. Every year, I try to listen to it.
00:41I am very proud of it.
00:42I look back on it very proudly, and I'm very proud of what we did.
00:46Elsewhere in the interview,
00:48Cena reiterated his commitment to hang up his boots
00:50following his send-off at WWE Saturday Night's main event.
