00:54You have so many teams that have so many.
00:56There's a bunch of teams that have so many losses.
00:58They are creating these log jams of playoff teams.

01:05and I think these defenses are going to get after one another,
01:09particularly in the second half.
01:12I think D'Amico Ryan's defense in Houston,
01:15Steve Spagnuolo's defense in Kansas City,
01:17will really limit the scoring in the second half.
01:21These two defenses tend to choke opposing offenses out in the second half.
01:27You have a 20-and-a-half total in the second half,
01:30and I think that goes under.
01:32So I think the teams can get off to a little bit of a better start,
01:36ultimately a low-scoring game,
01:38and then really slow things down in the third and fourth quarter
01:41when the defenses tighten up.
01:43I don't think C.J. Stroud and Patrick Mahomes
01:45will have their best games by any means.
01:48The Chiefs are going to have to do as much as they can
01:49to play ball control here
01:51because Houston's going to try to do the same
01:53and shorten this game.
01:55I think we don't have a lot of points in the second half,
01:57so I'm under 20-and-a-half in the second half.
01:59All right, so now here's the big question in the NFL.
02:03Is this the Eagles team, Mike,
02:05that we saw a couple of years ago
02:07that just completely fell down the stretch,
02:11backdoored into the playoffs,
02:13and lost immediately
02:13for the team that came back the next year
02:15and won the Super Bowl?
02:17I think we're going to find out on Monday night.
02:19The Eagles are two-and-a-half point favorites
02:20against the Chargers.
02:22The only reason why this line is Eagles minus two-and-a-half
02:24is because Justin Herbert is uncertain.
02:26So here's what's going to happen.
02:27If Herbert plays, then this game is going to be a pick-em.
02:32And if Herbert doesn't,
02:33the Eagles are going to go up to about four- or five-point favorites.
02:36So I'm not really sure yet.
02:37Probably we should wait to catch you on SportsGrid this weekend
02:39and make the final decision.
02:41But I guess my bigger question is just
02:42what's going on with the Eagles here.
02:44Yeah, I would bet that he does play.
02:47So I think if you're a Philly backer,
02:49you can hang for a day or two
02:51and maybe get a better line.
02:54But again, that remains to be seen.
02:56If you push me on which team it is,
02:59it's the one from two years ago.
03:01I'm just not seeing enough consistently for them.
03:04And there's nothing ā
03:06this isn't that the offensive line has fallen apart
03:11and guys are going to retire.
03:12Like Jason Kelsey ultimately retired after that season.

03:16it's not to say he was playing poorly,
03:17but he was near the end of the road.
03:20I don't necessarily think that's the case
03:21with any of these Philly offensive linemen,
03:23but they haven't been as dominant as they were.
03:25That's why Saquon doesn't look as dominant.
03:28The A.J. Brown stuff is a distraction.
03:31But I rely on their defense to continue to make plays,
03:36albeit inconsistently.
03:38Now, keep in mind, Jalen Carter is out.
03:40Big loss for them.
03:41So, you have to take that all into account.
03:45Really tricky game for Philly.
