00:00On the 25th of June this year my son was delivered though prematurely seven months

00:07two weeks. He was born unable to breathe properly so he was put on oxygen in the ICU and he also

00:17had jaundice and so we knew that this time we have a son but he's not okay he's not well is

00:25he gonna die? What's going to happen? Grace and peace to you all people of God. My name

00:37is Derek and this is my wife Lise and my son Seth, short for the Seth the Lord God Almighty.

00:48We are based in South Africa but we are all Zimbabweans. We thank God so much for affording

00:55us this opportunity to be able to witness for Christ on such a platform where the power

01:03of God is shown. I just want to say that Jesus Christ paid it all. We wrote to God's Heart TV

01:14because we are having a problem with barrenness and since menstruation. We were barren for a period

01:26of nine years and menstruation ceased for a period of two years and this affected us a lot as

01:36a couple and also in the spaces where we are like in family circles and in the community in general.

01:48What we experienced in instead of pregnancy were miscarriages. We would test positive for pregnancy but

01:58then after a short time my wife would miscarry she would bleed and the bleeding was severe and the

02:07components of the bleeding they were not a good side and so this problem it kept on pushing us and

02:16exacting pressures especially from family members and particularly on my wife's side because in our

02:26culture as a woman she's expected to to be a children so it was not easy to understand um what was going

02:35on throughout the nine years because we were praying trusting God to give us a child but nothing was

02:42happening and also there was nothing happening with uh on the part of of menstruation um and and so we

02:51decided because of those pressures we decided to to see a doctor to try to have a child and what we found

03:00out at the doctors was that uh my wife was encountering uh what was termed a hormonal imbalance so to stabilize

03:10the hormones for her to uh to menstruate normally and eventually for us to conceive we had to take

03:18um the pills or the medication regularly so she took um the pills but still were met with the disappointment

03:27of having just one menstruation in in in months so meaning to say that nothing really changed we did

03:35that with a doctor a few times and our situation uh never changed at all and that um started to to affect our

03:46relationship immensely because they they was like there is no solution we what are we where we're going

03:54to get the solution uh with my wife it was she she she was blaming herself and also was pressured to

04:05to start to look um at other options where God is not glorified uh because they were people from around

04:13our family circles um who were talking and also they were criticizing her um if she was uh a wife enough

04:22or good enough for me so is that in turn uh executed a lot of pressure on our on our marriage um whereby we

04:32argued a lot and we misunderstood each other a lot because of the pressure from from the outside

04:41we heard about god's heart tv uh sometime last year um on on youtube and we decided to to apply to be part

04:51of the interactive sessions and then on the seventh we were to attend um an interactive uh prayer session

05:00with the men of god uh but a few days before that by the power of jesus christ and the holy spirit we uh we

05:09saw a change that soon after we were given the link to join we saw a change for the first time after a

05:16very long time my wife menstruated and the her menstruation was the cleanest i'd ever seen in in

05:25the nine years we had been together and um two months after the interactive prayer session which

05:33happened on on the 7th of september 2024 we fell pregnant and um it's something that we really

05:41couldn't believe because in all the nine years we've been looking for a solution or we've been wanting to

05:47get pregnant and it was not happening i remember that we could not even believe that we're pregnant

05:52because uh we tested even twice to see that it was it was really or it was indeed true and then it

05:59turned out it was true we discovered that my wife was pregnant we discovered on the 3rd of january 2025

06:08um so after the prayer session uh we calculated that we got pregnant two months around two months after

06:18the the interactive session sorry and throughout the pregnancy we had those doubts and worries because

06:26i mean for nine years you've been trying for a child like every day you think about it every day it

06:32makes you argue and talk every day and now the child is here and you've you've encountered those

06:37miscarriages there are thoughts that come thoughts of worry and doubt around the pregnancy that will

06:44this pregnancy sustain until delivery but by the grace of god we will sin through the pregnancy to mention

06:51also we we my wife enjoyed attacks um it was nightmares and some attacks were physical and that also

07:00uh made us worry but by the grace of our lord and savior jesus christ we made it through um on the 25th of

07:08june this year my son was delivered though prematurely seven months um two weeks and um after waiting for

07:18him for nine years he comes out we are happy but there is um the effect time you know that was threatening

07:27to his life and also uh to our joy and happiness for for our situation he was born unable to breathe uh properly

07:37so he was put on oxygen in the icu and he also had jaundice and so this really um put us through

07:47at a very tough situation because we'd seen him you know we had we had been with him like during my wife's pregnancy and now

07:55um we had we had touched him we knew that this time we have a son but he's not okay he's not well is

08:04he gonna die what's going to happen that was when we um reached out to god heart tv on whatsapp and we

08:12requested prayers and um god's heart tv team was readily available to pray with us throughout that

08:20journey towards our son's complete recovery and um i remember when when his breathing had

08:28had improved and what was left was the jaundice and then this is other time my wife came from the

08:35hospital she was crying a lot and i felt hopeless for a moment because we thought that he had been fully

08:44recovering only to realize that the situation was getting worse but uh we had god's heart tv with us

08:52uh praying along with us and also texting us to ask how our son was and on the other hand we were also

09:01or in the process we were also connecting to the interactive prayer session praying with brother chris

09:07and um by god's grace and his awesome power our son was healed and he he was discharged you know um

09:17much much earlier than than we thought he would um be be discharged and um we saw we we've never

09:25witnessed the power of god or we'd never witnessed the power of god that way in our lives looking at the

09:29way our son um recovered and how is saith doing today how is his health how is he doing he's he's

09:37amazing he's asleep we we're afraid to wake him up we're afraid to wake him oh my god there he is

09:47wow but we can see we can see together what a beautiful happy family and we give god all the glory

09:53but we know the testimony doesn't end there tell us also what happened in terms of other parts of your

10:00life we had been encountering um financial problems throughout our uh our married life it was it was not

10:10easy and um we work in the in the media uh particularly in the film um in the film and tv area so it was not

10:20easy we are from we're from zimbabwe we're based in south africa the industry is not easy even for

10:26people who are south africans but by god's grace we got our breakthrough uh last year and um um this year

10:38um for for two t for our two tv shows we now have slots for our two tv shows one tv show is on single

10:47mothers and mental health and the other tv show the second tv show is on how people who almost died uh

10:56survived and um what we want to teach from from the show is after the survival what a better way can you

11:07live your life or what can you do for god what is it that what can you add to what positive thing can you do

11:17because you survived so we are privileged to have such content on us on a measure one major platform

11:26that we are on in in south africa because you don't find such content and so the content is positive

11:33it divides it edifies it encourages so when you've struggled a lot it's it's unreal when you are no

11:42longer struggling i guess that's why uh miracles are called miracles so it's been we've been so restored

11:51so replenished i mean i can use every word that uh to explain our financial situation the way it has

11:59turned around because we also used to argue a lot because of the the finances but now there's lots less

12:08talking on on both the issue of of the fruit of the womb and finances because god has god has been

12:16great i mean god has been great god has blessed us a lot we we talk less and we praise god a lot we were

12:24blessed with an amazing car we were blessed with an amazing car and the price that we got it at i mean we

12:30couldn't believe but you know when when it's god's time everything comes together as if as if life is

12:38supposed to be like that things are not as difficult as they were in the past god um answers our prayers

12:47constantly and we are blessed constantly we're an amazing family praise and peace to you all

12:53um my name is my husband said it all so i'll talk i'll summarize a bit about my journey when i was

13:03pregnant and my journey when i was looking for the fruit of the womb i remember i faced um my faith was

13:10tested a lot especially with the people around me with the family with friends and uh with the community

13:17i can say so um i end up going for spiritualist and happiness looking for the fruit of the womb yet i

13:26was playing myself i was just doing things that are not glorifying god at the end of the day of which

13:33i was doing a bad thing and it was a bad idea i listened to people around me okay i found god's

13:41heart tv on youtube when i was just browsing um then after that i sent an email they replied

13:47us soon after we received the link for us to join this the internet interactive prayer i got my

13:55breakthrough in menstruation after two years so god already touched our situation before we joined

14:02interactive prayer so you mean you didn't have your menstruation for two years and then after two

14:09years of cease menstruation as you sent your prayer request the menstruation started to flow

14:14even before you joined the interactive prayer service yes yes okay i felt pregnant um as someone

14:23who been like uh okay if i skip the menses i'll do the test then i was like i i gave up actually to do

14:29the test and then i i like i felt the symptoms then i was like no let me just not pay attention if because

14:38i've been facing some miscarriages and all those things then i relaxed and i just i ignored the the

14:46the the the symptoms and all those things then i focused on myself went back then i was working also

14:52then uh december i was like really not okay but then i just ignored and then i move on with my life

14:59and then january that's where we decided to just let's do a test because i think i'm not okay that's

15:05where we found out that i'm pregnant i think two months after interactive prayer soon after i

15:12thought i discovered that i'm pregnant uh we used to connect always when we get time especially on

15:18saturday like this we used to connect when you get chances or when we are sleeping we used to play the

15:25prayers i used to put my uh my phone on top of the uh of the pregnancy when we are sleeping uh even i gave

15:33faith with the uh prematurely my baby i used to put uh the in the prayers uh where he used to sleep

15:44when i visited him then when we admitted together i was with him for for say for five days i used to

15:51put prayers under him wow and slowly but surely but indeed he was healed from that jaundice and that oxygen

16:03uh breathing problem isn't it yes yes my advice to everyone who's looking for the fruit of the womb don't waste

16:12time uh going to spiritualists upper list and all those things all those things you are just delaying

16:19yourself lucid god run to god god is the solution of every problem that you are facing i just want to say

16:28that from all this that happened i learned that god can communicate to us through our different

16:38situations there are times where we can want a difficult situation to end but when god has not

16:46finished uh talking or addressing some issues in our lives it cannot end so we need to permit god's

16:54patience not our own patience our own patience can just be a patience of two years i'm done i've prayed

17:02enough yet god is saying in the fourth year i'm going to and i'm going to answer you i'm going to

17:08deliver you i'm going to come for you and it's all for us for our character so that it's intact by the time

17:15we receive um that you know a dear blessing that we are seeking so god can sharpen us through various

17:24things but let's stick to god whether we are having good times or bad times because he doesn't change

17:35just because um we are not getting what we want it doesn't mean that god is not talking god is saying

17:42something always in your life if only you are still and know that he is god and listen yeah i'm going

17:50to stop there but we like to thank jesus our lord and our savior jesus paid it all we are blessed by you
