'The Morning Show' actress shared a message to those who questioned her decision to remove people from her weekly routine who "refused or did not disclose" their vaccination status, which she revealed in a July 3 'InStyle' cover story.

00:00Jennifer Aniston is responding to criticism over her decision to remove people from her weekly
00:04routine who carry anti-vaccine views. The actress shed more light on her decision,
00:09sharing that her position on vaccination is to protect other unvaccinated people,
00:14including the immunocompromised. In an Instagram story posted to her account on Thursday,
00:18The Morning Show star responded to a fan who questioned the actress's decision to worry about
00:23the unvaccinated around her if she has been vaccinated herself. The question follows comments
00:28Aniston made an InStyle September cover story in which she shared that she had removed certain
00:33people from her weekly routine who refused to get vaccinated or did not disclose whether they had.
00:38If you have the variant, you are still able to give it to me. I may get slightly sick,
00:42but I will not be admitted to a hospital and or die. But I can give it to someone who does not
00:47have the vaccine and whose health is compromised or has a previous existing condition, and therefore
00:52I would put their lives at risk. She added,
00:55that is why I worry. We have to care about more than just ourselves. She then posted a photo of
01:00embroidery that says, what doesn't kill you mutates and tries again. In Aniston's cover story,
01:05which was published on July 3rd, the actress said it was unfortunate that she, quote,
01:09lost a few people in my weekly routine who have refused or did not disclose whether or not they had
01:14been vaccinated. She also expressed that she felt it was a moral and professional obligation to inform
01:19people of one's vaccination status. On July 27th, the CDC updated its guidance on indoor masking
01:25after new research showed that vaccinated people can carry as much virus as those who are unvaccinated.
