00:00As a criminal lawyer and as a former head of MACC, I find this very, very shocking.

00:12It's amazing that for the first time you hear a whistleblower is being charged for exposing,

00:22not a small crime, but exposing a systemic corruption that involves one of the highest officers in Sabah.

00:36And he's been giving information after information for almost a year plus.

00:45Nothing has happened.

00:47And now he's being charged.

00:50And together with the so-called receiver, this is mind-boggling.

00:57It's never happened in any other parts of this world.

01:02What I don't understand is in which situation you would be able to go for corruption

01:10if you go and charge the whistleblower or the so-called giver,

01:16who in this case, you know, in comparison to those who he has been exposing,

01:24who are holding high offices, he's a small fish.

01:30Go after the big fish.

01:33But you are actually reacting to the small fish.

01:36That is not how we fight corruption.

01:41This is not the first time a so-called giver of bribe or money is being, you know, used as a witness.

01:51In the case of Lim Guan Eng, we had a saksi by the name of Zarul who had given testimony as to who he had given money to.

02:06Because if you were to charge him, then the case will be impractical.

02:15So similarly, in the case of Datin Rosmah Manso, we had a prosecution witness who has not been charged given the immunity.

02:24But why in this case, which involves Albert Teh, there is no such consideration.

02:34From day one, you get the Prime Minister announcing that we will not give protection to the whistleblower.

02:43How in the world are we going to fight corruption if that is the attitude and that is the policy of the current government?

02:50By the way, Samso Iskandar is a political leader of the president of the President and Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

02:59He tells me that Anwar Ibrahim was committed to the use of this state to establish this problem.

04:14Tanpa seekor jerung besar di belakang, adakah saya berani buat?

04:17Namun, apa yang berlaku?

04:20Dia mempergunakan saya, memperdayakan saya.

04:23Sebab tu kenapa saya tetap perjuangkan, saya tetap mendedahkan.

04:26Sebab sikap saya lagi, tekan saya lagi, ugut saya lagi, saya lawan.

04:30Saya tak boleh tahan sudah.

04:32Mohon maaf, saya memang saya tak boleh tahan sudah dengan mereka.
