33:54and has then gone on to commit the same offense today right so with that in mind we can remand
34:02him in custody thank you very much the only way to stop him is to lock him up and remand him into
34:07course into the magistrates because he's going to carry on drink driving and it's uh it's proved
34:12that he will do because he's already on he's on court bail for drink driving uh so therefore we'll
