42:30Maybe they're disabled or something like that.

42:32So it can be a huge thing.

42:33It's not just a car to people.

42:36It makes you feel proud when you can return somebody's property back to them.

42:40It is why we join the job.

42:43People pay for police service.

42:44And it's absolutely right that when given the opportunity,

42:47we do what we should be doing

42:49and we return somebody's property to the rightful owner.
