The upcoming sixth season, which has yet to set a premiere date, is rounding out its cast.

00:00Black Mirror has rounded out the cast for its upcoming sixth season.
00:04The Hollywood Reporter has learned that the new season will feature some big names set to appear in new episodes,
00:10including Zassi Bates, Josh Hartnett, Aaron Paul, Kate Mara, Danny Ramirez, and Papa Asiedou, among others.
00:18As THR previously reported, Charlie Brooker and Annabelle Jones' acclaimed dystopian anthology
00:23is expected to have more episodes than the previous season, which had just three installments.
00:28The new season will also continue the show's trend of producing longer and more cinematic stories.
00:34While the total episode count for season six has yet to be announced,
00:37sources say this batch of cast members will star in the first three episodes.
00:41The last season of Black Mirror aired back in 2019 before the COVID-19 pandemic struck.
00:47At the time, Brooker said he wasn't inclined to make more episodes of the tech horror series amid global tragedy,
00:53and instead produced two pandemic-themed specials for Netflix, Death to 2020 and Death to 2021.
