Catherine Reitman’s mommy-comedy sitcom 'Workin’ Moms' is set to end with its upcoming seventh season.

00:14Work in Moms is set to end with the show's upcoming seventh season.
00:18Katherine Reitman, the daughter of the late Hollywood director Ivan Reitman,
00:21writes, directs, and stars in the sitcom.
00:24The show launched on the CBC network in Canada in 2017,
00:27before Netflix picked it up two years later.
00:30And, I know.

00:33And, I know.
00:34Surprise!
00:38The final season will consist of 13 half-hour episodes and debut on CBC and CBC Gem in winter 2023,
00:46followed by a release on Netflix elsewhere globally.
00:48Reitman shared a statement announcing that season seven of the show would be its last.
00:52She said,
00:53The biggest thank you to our partners, CBC and Netflix,
00:56for getting behind a show that points a flashlight into the darkest corners of motherhood.

01:13Reitman also shared a video message about season seven.
