00:10Michael Keaton is revealing the email blunder that resulted in a hysterical Bradley Cooper story.
00:16When the Oscar-nominated star dropped by Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday to talk about his upcoming film Worth,
00:21he shared an anecdote about being an avid horseman at his ranch in Montana.
00:25Keaton decided to treat himself to a handmade saddle, so he reached out to a popular California saddle maker by the name of Cash Cooper to get the ball rolling.
00:33I went up to a shop, I said, yeah, let's get started, then we would email, we would email one another back and forth.
00:39In the emails, Keaton would share specifics for the order that only a fellow horseman would understand.
00:43And he'd respond, and then there would be these gaffs, and I wouldn't hear from him.
00:49He went on to describe some of their interactions over email.
00:51And I'd go, hey, just checking in, you know, uh, what do you think about the blah, blah, blah?
00:57And he'd go, sure.
00:58So I'm like, okay, whatever.
01:00I'd go, whatever.
01:02The back and forth went on a little while longer, with Keaton becoming more concerned about the lack of care and interest the saddle maker Cooper was expressing.
01:10Well, it turns out he was emailing the wrong Cooper.
01:13I had been mistakenly emailing Bradley Cooper.
01:16Meanwhile, Bradley Cooper was just confused on the other end the whole time.
01:22I email him back, and I go, oh, man, that is so funny.
01:26Blah, blah, blah.
01:27He goes, yeah, I was kind of rolling along with it, but I didn't know what I was supposed to say.
