00:00The reman process is the reman process. The magistrate wants to give you six days.
00:09Those are the considerations that we have given. Whether or not we agree, that is one matter.
00:14But the fact of the matter is that, the fact that I'm trying to highlight here, is that the reman process was inhibited by the MNCC officers
00:25by not allowing us to consult with our clients, we cannot, we do not have foresight to know what happened in the lockup.
00:34In fact, we only knew that they were investigating under Section 16 of the MNCC Act today, when the reman process was happening.
00:45In fact, if I can add, it's regarding the notice. So, their contention is that they served a notice on Melbourne.
00:51Now, let me tell you, the way they entered the home, they broke into the house, they put a gun to his head, and they made him sign the notice.
01:01He said that in court. It has been recorded.
01:04So, if I come to you and I put a gun and say, sign something, wouldn't you sign it? Of course you would, even I would.
01:09There's a gun to my head for God's sake. So, that's how they served their notice, apparently.
01:14And let me just ask this. I've got some very interesting things that I want to ask, especially the Prime Minister and the Home Minister.
01:23In 1998, we all knew Walakalawas came to the picture. And now, it's back.
01:30So, let me ask the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, is this now time for Walakalawas? Are we back to Black Ops? The confiscating or rather the theft of the decoder from their home? The deleting of evidence from the wife's phone. Are we back to that era?
01:47I want the PM and I want the Home Minister to answer this.
01:52How many days? 6 days. 6 days.
01:56And we also have instructions. We will be filing an immediate revision after this. So, we will see you all for the revision process.
02:04We will be late for the revision process.
02:09This is how many days are signed.
02:12This is how many days are signed.
02:14This is how many days are signed.
02:16These days are signed.
02:17They are signed.
02:19They will be signed under 7 days.
02:21It's been a long-term request for my team,
02:25I, Nismadi Yusof, and my friend, Joi Syafiq, and also Dora Tul Ain, and also helped by Dora Tulang.
02:36The point of the magistrate is a lot of things, including the health of Dr. Sri Samsul, who has been given for 6 days.
02:50That's what we have done.
03:20I want this investigation to be done as fast as they can, but without compromising anyone, so I want justice to be fairly in use to my client.
04:10Terima kasih.
