Shamsul Iskandar, Albert Tei to face MACC charges tomorrow

The Prime Minister’s former senior political secretary Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin and businessman Albert Tei will each face five charges under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009.  MACC chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki said the commission has obtained consent from the Public Prosecutor to charge both men on Thursday (Dec 4) and Friday (Dec 5).  He added that another individual, Sofia Rini Buyong, has been made the prosecution witness. 01:22Dr. Shri Samsu Iskandar will be arrested in section 17,

01:30which will be arrested for the second one.

01:32The second one, Mr. Albert Tei will be arrested in section 17,
