01:06Honduran President Xiomara Castro reaffirmed that on Sunday, No. 30, the people will be able to enjoy a peaceful electoral day.
01:13While right-wing Ibero-American governments attempt to destabilize the electoral process and repeat their intervention in its positions,
01:20the head of state reiterates that the government has fulfilled all the functions assigned by law to guarantee an electoral process in freedom, peace, and transparency.
01:28The President reaffirmed this from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport in HuatĂĄn, one of the projects the government will hand over to the next administration.
01:35Rest assured that this coming Sunday, November 30, we will be participating in a civic celebration.
01:42We will be voting for a new government that will take the helm of this country for the next four years.
01:49May peace and tranquility reign in the hearts of all Hondurans during these remaining days.

02:10The armed forces are fulfilling their role, the government is fulfilling, and has fulfilled its role.
02:17And as a civic celebration.

02:26The armed forces are fulfilling their role, the government is fulfilling, and has fulfilled its role.
02:34We have delivered the budget for the elections on time.
02:41We have made it available, as mandated by the Constitution, to the armed forces, to fulfill a role that has been constitutionally assigned to them.
02:52Translated with deep L calm.
02:55U.S. President Donald Trump once again interfered in the Honduran election process.
03:03This time demanding votes for the opposition National Party.
03:06And promising to pardon former President Juan Orlando Hernandez, who was convicted of drug trafficking.
03:12In a statement, in a statement through social network Truth Social.
03:16The President also made international aid and cooperation conditional on the victory of the National Party candidate, NasrĂas Fula.
03:24Which violates the fundamental principles of international law.
03:27Trump also announced that he would grant a full and complete pardon to former President Juan Orlando Hernandez.
03:32Who is currently facing a 45 year sentence for drug trafficking and corruption.
03:37This episode is the latest in a campaign of interference by the international right wing.
03:41Through pressure for the victory of the two party system in November 30 elections.
03:47And fifty years after Operation Condor caused thousands of summary killings and forced disappearances in South Africa, the continent remembers the wounds left by the political repression campaign.
04:02Precisely in Uruguay, the Departmental Council of Montevideo held a session at this capital's museum of memory to recall that pact among the de facto regimes of Uruguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile and Paraguay responsible for crimes against humanity.
04:18Members of the broad front party emphasized that history demands that we do not forget and call on us to take action.
04:25The broad front assured this state should not be merely an act of remembrance, but a turning point and a commitment by the state to uncover the truth and find it disappeared.
04:34Likewise, Paraguay recalled the dictatorial project of the 1970s whose objective was the creation of a repressive system that destroyed the social and human rights of the population.
04:51In 1992, extensive documents and photographic archives were revealed that testified to the horrors committed throughout the region.
04:59Operation Condor enabled a regional network of repression and torture that resulted in the deaths of thousands of opponents and dissidents, as well as forced disappearances.
05:10And Argentina was also a direct victim of this project conceived by United States intelligence agencies and signed by representatives of the dictatorships.
05:25The declassified documents revealed how the CIA designed the operational structure of the repressive plan and facilitated training and logistics for coordinating the so-called death flights,
05:36the creation of torture centers, forced disappearances, rapes, and the kidnapping of children throughout the southern Condor region.
05:43The elimination of any dissidents or liberation project achieved through Operation Condor ensured the hegemonic presence of the United States in South America.
05:56And Chile was also part of the military dictatorships that took power in South America as part of the Condor Project.
06:02They imposed economic policies that benefited only a minority and dismantled labor and social rights, impoverishing millions of people.
06:09Operation Condor constituted a network to persecute, kidnap, murder, and disappear militants.
06:16Uruguay, Chile, and Argentina were the most active members of this alliance to solve terror.
06:21And 50 years later, the victims continued to demand justice.

14:05could increase.
14:06Criminal reports indicate that two Israeli patrols entered the area as part of an arrest operation,
14:11which led to clashes with youth who tried to stop their advance.
14:15In recent months, Israeli actions in Syrian territory have focused on ground incursions in both areas,
14:21although they have also extended to areas near the capital.
14:34And Palestine hosts Children's Film Festival in the Gaza Strip, transforming tents into open-air screening spaces,
14:41a breath of fresh air for civilians amid the genocide. Organized by the Mash Harawi Foundation for Film Support,

15:08workshop designed to encourage them to draw their own stories.
15:18The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, UNIFIL, reported more than 10,000 violations of the
15:23ceasefire agreement by Israel in Lebanon. UNIFIL confirmed that the Israeli army maintains positions
15:29in Lebanese territory, knowing that it has recorded more than 10,000 air and ground violations in the
15:34last 12 months. The peacekeeping mission also indicated that since the signing of the ceasefire agreement
15:39a year ago, it has been cooperating with its partners to help ensure stability in southern Lebanon.
15:45In the same context, the International Force highlighted its work in continuous patrolling
15:49efforts and its participation in hazard removal, road clearing, and facilitating recovery operations.
16:06Venezuela and Cuban brigades are carrying out road repair work in the province of Granma,
16:21following the damage caused by Hurricane Melissa. Authorities report that they are using explosives to
16:27repair the roads connecting Granma province to Santiago de Cuba. The teams explained that the
16:32explosions are intended to remove a mountain and, using the same materials, separate the road from the sea
16:38by about 20 meters. The recovery efforts in Cuban territory have been done in record time thanks to
16:44the joint assistance of teams from Venezuela and Alba TCP.
16:54And in Thailand, the death toll from floods affecting several southern provinces of the country rose to 145.
17:00The government spokesperson updated the damage assessment in a briefing in which he explained that the
17:06in Songkla province alone, which has been declared a state of emergency, 110 deaths were recorded.
