00:00this channel has been around for over three years and this is the first

00:05spider-man story we've ever covered it's a good one especially at the end

00:14support this comic book series by visiting your LCS my name is Doran this

00:21is Destino Comics we are continuing our coverage of Age of Revelation with

00:25radioactive spider-man number one our story starts off just like almost every

00:33other story in the Age of Revelation starts off X years which is ten years

00:39from now at the Age of Revelation we're NYC because it's a spider-man comic and in

00:47the narration box he says he loves New York and everything about it he could

00:52never leave it even though New York is deep in the Revelation territories so

00:59now this is pretty much a mutant town but not every mutant agrees with Revelation

01:05as an explosion happens as this fiery mutant is yelling death to the

01:10genearchy it's making up words now huh and we see that there are levels to being a

01:19mutant in the Revelation territories because another mutant is yelling help

01:24it's a lowlock who's power forward who can help us so it seems like just like in

01:30Revelation society there are high-class mutants middle-class mutants and lower

01:35class mutants and there are also people that have really useful powers and people

01:41that have really crappy powers don't worry Revelation has a group that is designed

01:47to stop these mutants and they are the PDC whatever the hell that means and they

01:54don't mess around they're not trying to capture this mutant no they're trying to

01:59take this mutant out so right before one of these PDC mutants is about the blast of

02:05the fiery mutant the fiery mutant and him are both or could be her who knows are

02:12webbed up by who else radio actor spider-man who has additional lips and even a

02:20revelation is a crazy dictator so that's good taste because that was a

02:26donut truck even though spider-man has been clearly affected by the X virus with

02:31its additional limbs and the suit with all crazy attachments to it he's still

02:37doing his normal thing he's still cracking jokes and he's handling the PDC

02:42mutants who look like they really can't fight that well as he's saving the

02:47fiery mutant but spider-man is even using a fiery mutant to help fight the other

02:53mutants and they make their escape yeah these PDC mutants suck really badly so

03:00then we cut the low town which is south of 14th Street which you New Yorkers know

03:05where that's at and we see Dr. Cecilia Reyes and she's with the fiery mutant and

03:11she's telling him that what he tried to do was very stupid and he shouldn't have

03:16did it so the fiery mutant starts talking about spider-man and he's just like why

03:21does he risk being here when he's not even a mutant and Cecilia Reyes is like he

03:28kind of is in every way that matters so then we see her making her way through the

03:34city looks like she's trying to make her way home and home to where spider-man's

03:41homes at and yeah he looks horrible he's getting out the shower and we see that

03:49Peter and Cecilia got a thing going on now as spider-man says in his thought bubbles

03:57that he's always been radioactive I mean obviously it was a radioactive spider that

04:02bit him they gave him his powers so what Cecilia has been doing is giving him more

04:07radiation to stave off the effects of the X virus even though he has radiation in his

04:16blood and his body giving him more radiation of course has his own side effects now for

04:22you guys who aren't familiar with Cecilia Reyes her mutant power is she has like a

04:28force field that goes around her kind of similar to the invisible woman's powers but

04:33not nearly as powerful so every time she gives him a radiation treatment she's

04:38protected from the radiation but it hurts spider-man really badly and he

04:44bleeds from a different place every time as we see this time he bleeds from his eye

04:50his nose and his mouth and she even says one day this is going to kill you and he

04:56goes not today it isn't so it's either death by radiation or death by the X virus so he

05:05doesn't even have time to put on his clothes when all of a sudden there's an

05:08alert that goes off at the other lab and see is like is there a reactor leak or

05:14something like that and spider-man is like help me up he looks he's like no

05:18there's bio signatures five of them I gotta go and she's like you just had

05:25your radiation treatment this spider-man is like I know but it's the other lab so I

05:30have to go so now we cut to the Manhattan Bridge well formerly the Manhattan Bridge

05:35which is where the second lab is at now this lab used to belong to mr. sinister and

05:42these mutants know enough about mr. sinister to know that these labs have

05:47something cooking in there that they won't so as they break in they see a

05:52chamber and what they mean is like nobody's been iron for years so somebody

05:58can't be alive in there and one of the mutants like are you scared of courses

06:03and he goes no then let's find out because there has to be something good in

06:08here dead or alive and then spider-man shows up and it's like you really don't

06:13want to mess with that particular chamber and he drops one of them dead on her

06:18face and he's let him know like you open that up you're gonna die now these

06:22mutants are putting up a little bit better of a fight but again this is

06:26spider-man so he's handling pretty easily so spider-man is fighting the big blue

06:31guy he's handling his business he kicks the

06:33bejesus out of him all of a sudden Cecilia is like hey you might not want to kick that

06:39guy too hard anymore because if my force field takes another hit like that this

06:44is about to be nap time so let's try to wrap this up pretty quick now one guy has

06:48lasers coming out of all of his fingers and he hits spider-man a few times he

06:53jumps towards Cecilia she puts up a force field to protect him and then the guy

06:58starts to do his villain monologue but then the chamber opens and whatever is in

07:03there kills this dude instantly I mean instantly so Cecilia puts up her force field

07:13as they watch the other four people die gruesomely by whatever is in there so

07:19Peter tells Cecilia to lower the force field and she goes are you sure he goes

07:25yeah it's over besides I need to talk to her so Cecilia is like is that a good idea

07:31idea and he goes I don't know but if it's not you need to run so also he goes

07:37hey pretty lady did you have a nice nap and it's Aunt May and she goes Peter oh

07:44yes I feel quite refreshed why are you wearing that ridiculous costume and

07:49Peter's like just doing a trial run for Halloween scary right and she's like don't

07:55eat too much candy he goes I won't Aunt May I promise Aunt May got turned into a

08:03monster with the X-Firus
