00:00After Doctor Strange gave his life to stop the Unmaker, the world fell into absolute darkness.

00:05Every trace of technology vanished.

00:07Machines went silent. Cities collapsed.

00:10And seven years later, Peter Parker tells the story of how Apocalypse,

00:14now the leader of some of the greatest heroes to ever live,

00:17threatens this fragile new world they've managed to build.

00:21When the world first went dark, people were terrified, grieving and lost.

00:25Their fear turned to anger.

00:26And between the earthquakes, the collapse of every power system and the endless wars that followed, billions died.

00:33But then, in the middle of all that fear, rage and chaos, came a spark of light.

00:38A message that spread across every corner of the broken earth.

00:41It doesn't have to be like this.

00:43That message carried through the voices of heroes and villains alike.

00:46Some through pain, others through compassion.

00:49And some, like Deadpool, in his own very unique way.

00:53He cornered a military warlord and grinned.

00:55Hey, so a few of my friends have been brainstorming, and they've got a thought.

01:03The message kept spreading.

01:04Outside the walls of one of the new sanctuary cities,

01:07May Parker, now seven years old, trains with her father.

01:11Gotcha!

01:12Peter laughs, tapping her on the shoulder.

01:14That wasn't fair, Dad.

01:15May pouts.

01:16Peter smiles proudly.

01:18You were yelling, May.

01:19That makes you easier to track.

01:20A loud hole in your stealthy little plan.

01:23From a distance, MJ calls out,

01:25Time to head home, you two.

01:27Peter waves back.

01:28Sure thing, MJ.

01:29Just gotta spin a few webs first.

01:31With the population smaller, electricity gone, and the age of industry long over,

01:36the world began to heal.

01:38People fled the wastelands and gathered in the few surviving cities.

01:42Thriving centers of hope connected only through human will.

01:46These super cities were linked telepathically by gifted minds.

01:50Brazil checking in, said Professor X.

01:52Wakanda checking in, replied Jean Grey, the heart of this new world.

01:56Earth's capital.

01:57A council of great minds emerged.

02:00Moon Girl, Shuri, Tony Stark, Valeria Richards, T'Challa, Nadia Van Dyne,

02:06Amadeus Cho, and even Victor Von Doom himself.

02:10Together, they reimagined how life could move forward.

02:14Without electricity, without machines, without chaos.

02:17But every world, no matter how new or pure, still needs protection.

02:22At night, Daredevil and Foggy Nelson patrol the outer walls.

02:25Something moves in the shadows.

02:27They're heading for the southwest corner of the city, says Daredevil.

02:30His voice tense.

02:31Foggy raises a flare gun.

02:33Should I fire it?

02:34No need, Foggy.

02:35Considering who's stationed there,

02:37that's the worst place to be a bloodthirsty creature of the night.

02:40In that sector waits a deadly team.

02:42Blade, Honey Badger, Elsa Bloodstone, and X-23,

02:45now carrying the mantle of Wolverine.

02:48What is it?

02:49Blade asks, tightening his grip on his sword.

02:52Werewolves, says X-23, a vicious grin crossing her face.

02:56But with a faint scent of vampires, murmurs Honey Badger.

02:59The group prepares, coating their weapons in silver.

03:02Blade points his katana forward.

03:04Let's hunt.

03:05Moments later, the night explodes.

03:07Dozens of vampires and werewolves charged toward the walls,

03:11only to meet their end in a blur of silver, blood, and firelight.

03:15Far away, in what looks like a primitive cave workshop,

03:18light flickers from within.

03:20Pepper Potts sits inside,

03:22watching as Tony Stark works late into the night.

03:24Nothing like the sounds of the forest.

03:27She jokes, the distant screams of monsters echoing outside.

03:30Tony smirks.

03:31Sounds more like a night horde making very bad mistakes, Pepper.

03:35Suddenly, screeches echo near the entrance.

03:38One vampire managed to slip through the chaos.

03:40Stark!

03:41The creature hisses, stepping from the shadows.

03:44But before it can move, a vibranium shield tears through the air,

03:47smashing straight through the vampire's neck.

03:50From behind, Captain America.

03:52You'd think a brilliant inventor would have invented a door, Steve says with a smile.

03:56Tony laughs.

03:57Sorry about the vampire bits, Steve adds, brushing off his uniform.

04:01Pepper rushes to him, relief in her face.

04:03Steve!

04:04It's been far too long.

04:05We were getting worried.

04:06It's good to see you, Pepper, Cap replies warmly.

04:09Didn't expect to find you two looking so content.

04:12I'd say a less exciting life suits us both, Pepper teases.

04:16Cap glances around.

04:17We're standing in dead vampires.

04:19She shrugs.

04:20I said less exciting, not dull.

04:22Then the mood shifts.

04:24Steve lowers his head.

04:25I've been in Europe, he says quietly.

04:27Tony frowns.

04:27How is it?

04:28Still ruled by the iron fist, Cap answers darkly.

04:31They need help, Tony.

04:33Can we take a walk?

04:34As they step outside, Cap looks up at the star-filled sky.

04:37I thought you'd miss electricity more, he says.

04:40I thought you'd feel held back.

04:42Tony walks beside him, his prosthetic leg glinting faintly in the firelight.

04:46Honestly, I do.

04:47I lie awake at night building machines in my head,

04:50inventions that could change everything but will never be switched on.

04:53They reach the border, webs strung across the trees like a silken barricade.

04:58Watch your step, Tony mutters, lifting a few strands aside.

05:01He turns serious.

05:02You're not here to ask me to go to war with Europe, are you?

05:05Steve's eyes darken.

05:07No, I think there's another solution.

05:09He pauses.

05:10What if I told you there might be a way to switch everything back on,

05:13to bring the machines in your mind to life again?

05:16Tony frowns, confused.

05:17What are you talking about, Steve?

05:19Where are we going?

05:20Cap pushes through the branches ahead.

05:21There's something I need to show you.

05:23Then a voice cuts through the air.

05:25Hello, Iron Man, says Apocalypse, standing in the clearing with a smile as cold as stone.

05:30Tony reacts instantly, throwing a flash grenade, but before he can move, a dark shape appears

05:36behind him.

05:36You've always been too good at killing Stark, the vampire sneers, gripping Tony by the throat.

05:42Some of the creatures you just incinerated have been in my service for centuries.

05:45Tony struggles, glancing towards Steve.

05:48Steve, get Dracula off me and I'll...

05:50But Cap doesn't move.

05:51Instead, he turns, and with an empty look, slams his shield into Tony's face, knocking

05:56him out cold.

05:57As Tony collapses, Steve begins to change, bones shifting, skin morphing, until Mystique

06:03stands over him with a grin.

06:05Extraction accomplished, she says smoothly.

06:07Apocalypse steps closer, smiling.

06:10And together, the three vanish into the darkness.

06:12Their plan to use Tony Stark now in motion.
