00:13First Lady spoke to ABC's Tom Yamas during her first solo trip abroad to Africa
00:18and said that she isn't worried or concerned about speculation of a troubled marriage with the president.
00:23I'm a mother and a first lady, and I have much more important things to think about and to do.
00:30Asked if she's ever hurt by the gossip, Melania Trump responded,
00:33Media is speculating. Yeah, it's not always pleasant, of course.
00:39And Yamas didn't hold anything back during the interview and specifically asked Trump
00:43about her husband's alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels.
00:47Daniels previously detailed an alleged sexual encounter and relationship with Donald Trump
00:51that had taken place one year after he married Melania Trump during an interview with InTouch Weekly,
00:56an allegation which he firmly denied.
00:59It was later revealed that Trump's former attorney, Michael Cohen, paid Daniels $130,000 in hush money
01:05ahead of the 2016 election. Trump claimed to have no knowledge of the payment.
01:10Yamas brought up a previous statement from the president's new attorney, former New York City mayor
01:14Rudy Giuliani, who insisted that Melania believes her husband and knows the alleged affair with Daniels
01:20is not true. When asked if those statements were true, Flotus said that she's unsure as to why
01:25Giuliani made that statement.
01:27I never talked to Mr. Giuliani. I don't know. You need to ask him.
01:31And finally, Yamas asked about the state of the Trump's marriage.
01:35Yes, we are fine. Yes.
