Musician Kid Rock should know better, but he didn't on Friday morning, decrying liberal comedian Joy Behar as "that bitch" during a live interview on the Fox News morning show 'Fox & Friends.'

00:08the musician called liberal comedian Joy Behar that bitch during a live interview

00:12on the Fox News morning show, Fox & Friends. To crying political correctness,

00:16Rock, who appeared live from Nashville, said,

00:18Co-host Steve Doocy moved quickly to clear up Kid Rock's mess, chastising,

00:32You cannot say that. We apologize for that.

00:34Listen, she's just got a different point of view than you do.

00:37Behar, who's one of the hosts of The View, is one of President Trump's biggest critics,

00:40while Kid Rock has appeared with Trump at the White House. Rock said he was joking about Behar,

00:45but Doocy and his co-host made clear to Fox News viewers that the network did not condone the remark.

00:50You apologize for that language, right? Doocy asked him.

00:53I did apologize for the language, not the sentiment, Kid responded.

00:56We don't feel that way. We apologize for both, Doocy said.

00:59Once the segment ended, Doocy's co-host Ainsley Earhart apologized again, saying,

01:04We do need to apologize. We don't feel that way about Joy Behar. We don't condone that language.

01:09While the network's news hosts have not gone so far as to call Behar such names,

01:13she's frequently been berated by primetime stars like Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham.

01:17For her part, Behar, who recently celebrated her 20th year on ABC's The View, addressed the remark

01:22during Friday morning's episode of the talk show. After airing the Kid Rock clip for viewers,

01:27Behar's co-host Sunny Hostin led the table's collective announcement, saying,

01:31You come for one of us. You came for all of us, Kid Rock.

01:34And Behar herself chimed in with this.

01:37So all I can say is, this bitch and these bitches will be happy to have you on the show and have a beer.
