00:00Taking on the battle their mother started.
00:05She was adamant that she wanted us to, you know, take it all the way and fight for what's right.
00:16Roslyn Grimer was terminally ill and wanted to sell her home at the Beauty Point tourist park.
00:22She planned to use the money from the sale to fund cancer treatment and her funeral.
00:27But the caravan park banned on site sales last year after the local council said the park wasn't approved for residential use.
00:35Ms Grimer took the matter to the Supreme Court but died before the trial could begin.
00:40Everyone that met her loved her. She was just a big bubble of bliss.
00:46And yeah, she's going to be sadly missed. She's going to, yeah, she's going to be missed.
00:55The park says isn't the only case the caravan park is fighting in court.

01:29The managing director of the Beauty Point tourist park, Joshua Manticus, told the ABC he's sold his shares in the company and no longer holds any interest in the property.
01:39He didn't answer questions about what his departure means for the ongoing court cases.
01:44Ms Grimer's children are determined to win.
01:47It will bring people and give people faith in the system more so than anything because right now they've been living in fear for so long.
