39:32Yeah lavoire had everyone in stitches on a Saturday and Sunday night but I was in stitches seven days a week and you know we always say I've made a friend for life on strictly
39:43But I've been lucky this year because I feel like I made two friends for life
39:48Um on Saturday and Sundays we all laughed with lavoire but from Monday to Thursday and Friday I had the best time with Chris and um
39:58Genuinely I haven't done a single
40:01Crunch in the last four months but I got my six-pack back which is amazing
40:06You are like I I think you know who he described it the best actually I I wouldn't say it was my idea but Mozi said it the best we all need it
