00:30Well, hello there. I'm Richie Cotson from the band The Winery Dogs, and this is our bus.
00:50Come on in.
00:51Oh, sorry.
00:52Who's this guy?
00:54He wants to see a tour of the bus.
00:56Well, all right. Here it is. Our bus.
00:58It's a Van Hool. Not a Van Halen, but a Van Hool. Similar, but not the same.
01:04One of the things that we have on the bus are puppets of each other.
01:08Our crew fixates on us so much that even when we're not here, they cut out pictures of us and make puppet games of us.
01:16Is that weird?
01:18That's how we talk to each other. Each person holds the puppet of themselves.
01:23Mike's not here, but we communicate through the puppet. Try not to move our lips and just concentrate on them.
01:29That's what we concentrate on. Speaking about moving our lips. How am I doing so hard?
01:33Put this away before I have a relapse.
01:37But we invented an amazing new game. Can I show them the game? I'm tired of showing them the game.

01:47Long bus ride. You've got a long way to go. It requires more people, but we generally play, basically it's ready.

01:58I like to spike the cup.
02:00We do it for hours and it's crazy. And we better stop now.
02:04Usually everyone's here.
02:06We've got six people. And then Graham, our tour manager, is holding a glass of white wine as a referee.
02:13The white wine, of course, is spilling everywhere.
02:15And there's coffee in the cup when we do the game.
02:17Yeah. Hot. Hot coffee.
02:19But generally we spend a lot of time in here, a lot of hours traveling.
02:23And one good thing about a band, if you can hang out, you're probably going to last a long time.
02:28If you can't hang, you're going to break up soon.
02:31So the hang is very important.
02:33So, you know, we all have our moments, but generally hanging has been cool in the winery dog.
02:37So that's a good sign for the future.
02:40We get along well.
02:41Yeah.
02:42And then here we have a list of things that need information.
02:46So this is telling us what we're doing today.
02:48Otherwise we wouldn't know.

04:31At the end of the show, they'll bring a bunch of food on.
04:34We have a couple of drinks.
04:35We start hanging out.

04:38We've got a great crew.

04:44All of our crew members have got to start with the letter J.
04:46Or the J sound.
04:47Because it was in our original requirement.

04:52So Jerry, John, Jay, and Gene are with us.

04:56But not pronounced that.
04:57So we let them sneak by.
04:58So that's about it.
04:59That's about what we do on the bus here.
05:01And we hang out and have a great time.
05:03And it's a blast.
05:05The only requirements they have are really simple.
05:08I don't have any requirements.
05:09Maybe a bottle of red wine.

05:37It smells like the Chinese food we had last...

05:41What about the dog that's usually on the bus?

05:44I wish the dog was here.

05:47Anyway, coconut water is everywhere.
05:49And Fiji water might consist on Fiji water.

05:55He's got to have the little ones.

06:00I prefer coconut water in glass myself.
06:02Because the cardboard thing gets a little taste to it that I don't like.

06:09We don't have a lot of real requirements.
06:11Some bands are all crazy about what they've got to have and stuff like that.
06:14For me, if there's some water.
06:18Maybe a sip of wine.
06:19We can always stop and get something ourselves too.
06:21So try to make life easy.
06:23That's my philosophy.
06:25Well, this is the back lounge.
06:27And there's not much here, but there's a lot of strings.
06:30So if you're a bass player and you need strings, I'm the man to see.
06:33Because I get boxes of rotosounds, which I use.
06:35There's a TV.
06:36And I got a little TV back here.
06:38We sit back and watch a couple things once in a while.
06:40But mostly we stay in the front.
06:41Mostly everybody's together in the front.
06:43We really do split up into factions, warring, balkanization of the bus.
06:48We don't do that.

06:50I sleep here.
